A couple of replies took longer than expected, but it didn't really affect the final outcome. I walked away satisfied and would consider using them again for similar work.

I'm quiet surprised with the services that Aiden and his team provide me. I got my book published on Amazon and that's all because of house of best sellers guys, I appreciate their effort.

Ok so i was really skeptical at first ngl, i had this idea for a book for like 3 years and never did anything with it. A friend mentioned this agency so i just went for it. The writing process took a bit longer than i expected but the final result was honestly better than what i had in my head. They published it on amazon too which i thought would be complicated but it wasn't really. Still a little surreal seeing it up there. Would def use them again.

These guys serve me very well, they are good in book publishing and honestly i achieve impressive results from the campaign they run for my book.

I am Douglas Dummermuth and in early January I signed up with House of best sellers to market my book on Amazon called GOING POSTAL by Corky Giles, my penname, which was selling pretty good on Amazon since last April, They promised to put my book on multiple platformd for $3000. So I agreed and on January 17th Lucas hijacked my book off of Amazon, since January 20th, I have no reported sales and my book is on 4 different ebay sites under Good will -Good skills, Horizon imports Group Masood Alam, Lucie CEO, and U-SDEDS !! It is also on Amazon under a used book platform!! And on top of that, I got charged a $70.00 marketing fee from Amazon that they are using to promote and steal my book!! It's sad but true that there are companies out there like this one!!!!1

The publishing process was extremely poor, with book formats inconsistent and disorganised. My book even had a blank page in the middle, and the spine was printed upside down. Ultimately, I had to correct and publish the work myself. Despite this, I paid them to handle marketing, but once they received the money, they showed no interest in fulfilling their commitments. I contacted them repeatedly, yet they failed to deliver the agreed scope and consistently refused my requests for meetings. This is the first, and hopefully last time I leave a negative review, but I feel it is important to warn others.

I am extremely disappointed with House of Best Sellers. The editing was careless and full of errors. I had to redo most of the work myself, fixing mistakes again and again. Communication with this company is very poor, and they do not seem to care about their customers. Once you pay them, you are left on your own and do not receive what you would expect from a professional book publisher. If the book quality does not meet proper standards, they also do not seem to care. They pay little attention to file quality as well.

Their contract states that if you are not satisfied with the work, you can receive a refund. However, this company does not honour that promise, even when the final product is a complete mess. Our book cannot be purchased on Amazon because it is not printable at all.
I cannot recommend this company at all. I strongly suggest choosing a reputable publishing company that conducts its business professionally and has many years of experience.

They took my money, mishandled my project, and exploited my work from the very beginning. For 5.5 weeks they passed me around like an afterthought, delivering nothing of value. This is only a 40 page book. I created all of my own images and wrote two full scripts, yet more than a month later they still produced very little completed work. The story I entrusted them with was gutted—altered by roughly 70% without my consent, approval, or involvement.

After calling over 100 times with no response, they simply stopped answering altogether. Their conduct has been unprofessional, deceptive, and completely unacceptable. I issued a formal cease and desist making it absolutely clear that they are permanently forbidden from using, sharing, distributing, modifying, or retaining ANY of my material—my story, my scripts, my images, or any intellectual property I provided. They hold ZERO rights to any or all my work in any form, now or ever.
They promised it would be done in less than 10 days. Time I can not get back.

I demanded a full refund, and I required that refund to be issued within 24 hours. I expect immediate compliance.

In fact yesterday 12/12/2025 by mistake I click on first star es[ecally I did not start even to talk with an one in house as I was waiting to get from them respond to my contact with them where they told me we will contact you soon
