Great Experience
Last week I received my first order of 4 baby plants from House of Botanique, and I want to share my experience. Although the order was small, I received full support and attention, with friendly and timely communication.
The delivery was swift and right on time, the plants arrived in perfect condition with a heat pack that was still slightly warm )).
The packaging deserves special praise! Inside the outer box there was an insulation bag which contained 4 smartly constructed carton boxes with the plants. The boxes had moving, sliding and locking parts which held the plants in place and separated the pot.
I was really impressed and will definitely order again!

A bit disappointing
Plant arrived in good condition, but it was way smaller than the advertisement. It is quite deceitful! Disappointed!
You need to make the picture provided accurate to what you are selling.
Otherwise they have a great selection!

Very Good Shop
I am very happy that I have came across with this shop. My plants arrived very well packed and just in time. Most of them were in really good condition but few delicate ones had a rough time during the journey. They refunded me for these ones as soon as I contacted them. Very good customer service, and very good pricing. I am really happy with them and definitely will shop from these guys again.

Kvalitet og gode priser
Første gang jeg har handlet der, men helt sikkert ikke sidste. Hurtig og venlig hjælp, gode priser og flotte planter. Jeg valgte at få dem leveret og de ankom i perfekt stand. Anbefalelse herfra 👍

Kan klart anbefale køb af din næste plante hos House of Botanique. Nem og hurtig levering og mine planter kom frem i perfekt stand! Jeg havde nogle enkelte spørgsmål, som jeg hurtigt fik svar på - rigtig god kundeservice.

Jeg har netop haft en fantastisk…
Jeg har netop haft en fantastisk oplevelse med Houseofbotanique.com! Jeg bestilte nogle planter fra deres webshop, og leveringen var lige så hurtig og pålidelig, som jeg havde håbet på. Planterne var pakket rigtig godt ind, og de var i perfekt stand, da de ankom. Jeg er utroligt tilfreds med min shopping-oplevelse, og jeg vil bestemt anbefale Houseofbotanique.com til alle mine venner og bekendte. Fem stjerner fra mig!
