Product as described, delivered on time.

Purchased 3 sets of wooden door hook strips (costng over £30). They werent really suitable as didn't sit flat on the back of the doors but I couldn't find where to return them because there is no address on the return sheet. I also could locate any email after I placed the order so I'm not sure who it came from as I searched for House of Home and couldn't locate any emails from them at all.
eventually I tracked them down online and sent a message but no-one responded.
I felt like they make it as difficult as possible to return anything so I wont be buying from them again.

Didn’t get my order, I eventually had an email to say stock wasn’t available… are you sure it wasn’t cancelled as it was wrongly priced? As it said on the page that there was 4 in stock all day! If so just be honest 🤷🏼‍♀️ besides that, there is barely any stock available anyway, everything just says sold out!
Bit rubbish really, don’t appreciate being lied to and if you are running a shop, it would be a good idea to get some stock so people can actually buy it.
It’s a shame as some items did look nice. Oh well!

Never had a clothes rail that's so easy to put up. It's also a relief to have a rail that doesn't collapse - another first for me. Having read some other reviews on here, and having such a good experience myself, I will go direct to their own website in future. In fact I'm going to have a look right now. Having moved recently I'm very busy, but couldn't not write this review because I honestly can't get over how easy the assembly was. So pleased with this product.

Ordered and paid for shelving 3 weeks ago through B&Q but no sign of it. E-mailed 6 days ago but no reply. I have given them until Friday to resolve this or the order will be cancelled. Very poor.

I ordered 4 identical items and 2 turned up. I emailed and the next day the other 2 items arrived. I didn’t receive a response to my email but presume the other items were already on their way?
Other than sending in 2 batches, the service was good and the items are great.

Happy with the product itself (clothes rail) which appears to be robust. Unfortunately let down by multiple minor scratches on visible parts and a missing pole end cap. Quality control issues? Delivery service good.

Great item, good delivery time.

Delivery was excellent. The quality of the items was very good. The only issue I had was the colour of the duvet set was much lighter than it appeared in the photograph.

I decided to buy directly from House of Home as I noticed that the item I was going to buy online from a well-known DIY store was outsourced/dropshipped by House of Home anyway. I'd never heard of the brand before, but I'm very happy with my purchase (heavy duty clothes rail). Item is good quality and good value for money (cheaper than the DIY store and with free postage). Service and delivery spot on. The only negative is that the website is a bit pushy! For your first purchase, they give you a discount code but you have to use it within the first 10 minutes and there is a red countdown clock which is quite offputting!
