I ordered a year of IPTV from houseofstreaming but only got 1 month. I emailed customer service and finally got an answer after not having service for 4 days. My service was restored but it showed that it expired in another month. I was told not to worry that I would get the full 12 months. I was told that they only extend the service for 1 month only and that each month they would add another month automatically. NOT!! I decided to not take another chance and be without service again, so I got a refund before it was too late. Now, they are emailing me deals from another company name, but I know it's them. They have tons of channels, series, and movies and have good service, but it's not worth the monthly headache of service expiring. Stay away by all means.

I purchased one year service with 4 connections and initially it worked fine but now 6 weeks later I have no service and so far after 2 service requests I’ve had no response. So typical of dealing with companies that sell IPTV service. Do Not Buy

Dont buy anthing they are scammers! I paid for one year and three devices. After one month my subscription was expired and you dont get any answer from customer service!

Bonjour, j'ai souscrit un abonnement 1 an et 4 connexions, seulement la date d'expiration est le 26 mai et je n'ai qu'une connexion. Ça fait 7 jours que j'essaie de me faire entendre sur WhatsApp mais le sav est très incompétent et ne me répond même plus. Le sav est vraiment déplorable, incompétent et même inexistant maintenant. Surtout ne rien acheter chez eux.

The houseofstreaming is disgusting, dishonest, dispespectful bunch of scammers, ripping off customers, taking money for IPTV service and not providing one as should be. I have a bad experience with my subscription for 12 months and being cutted off after 1 month... Just thieves!!!

I ordered 12 months IPTV service from House Of Streaming, after a week my IBO player stopped to work, I keep sending messages to the customer service to fix that problem or refund my payment back. It took a few days to restor service, but nearly a week I've got message over screen No Connection. I've tried to get some explanation, no respond from customer service. Seems to me they took my money and didn't provide that service, they stole my payment. It's a thefth, its a crime. So what have I got : stolen money, no service and no refund. Excuse me people out there, what kind of business are you running?
I'd like to make a warning to people never get a service from House Of Streamind (SYNC IPTV), disrespected, dishonest, unreliable and unprofessional service. They didn't deserve even one star...
