The unit arrived on time.
It is built to a great spec.
However, the communication following the issue with one of the components could have gone better. I figured it out in the end, but had their responses been clearer/more specific, it would have saved me a lot of hassle.

Before delivery received call for availability and received windows from them.
Definitely will use them again.

Great little window
Speedy delivery, great value and the window looks fantastic aswell-
I’ve a golden oak veneer front door and I bought a upvc oak look a like window for next to the door in the the porch - I’m very happy with the end result as you can’t tell the difference.
With hindsight they deserve 5 stars as I’d definitely use this company again-
I’d agree with the previous review as I can see my builder has had to improvise with strips of wood to wedge for beneath the window

You obviously get what you pay for
You obviously get what you pay for. It does the job but the frame is wider at the bottom, the thresh mitre is cut at a different angle to the supplied plugs and the door latch was fiited in the reverse position for an inward opening door
