I ordered a beautiful orchid, a plant I have always desired for my collection. It arrived on time, carefully packaged to ensure its safety during transit. Included was a thoughtful letter with detailed instructions on how to care for and nurture the orchid from the beginning, which I truly appreciated.

I’m extremely disappointed with my recent order of two plants and two plant pots from this company.

The plants I received were far smaller than advertised and in poor condition. One had brown spots on the leaves, and the other had multiple stems with little to no foliage. The website images are not an accurate representation of what was delivered. If I had seen these plants in person at a garden centre, I would not have bought them.

I contacted customer service and was asked to send photos, which I did. The response I received felt generic and dismissive, simply suggesting the plants would recover with some care, rather than properly addressing the concerns about their condition and size.

I also ordered plant pots based on the sizing guidance provided on the website. Despite following these recommendations, the pots were far too large for the plants supplied. Customer service even acknowledged they were “a bit too big,” which is frustrating given that I relied on their advice when ordering.

When I asked to return everything, I was told the plants could not be returned and that I would need to pay postage to return the pots. No return label was provided. Given that the issues stem from misleading images and incorrect guidance, this feels unreasonable.

Overall, a very disappointing experience in terms of both product quality and customer service.

The plant I received was in extremely good health. It was wrapped very carefully and got through the post completely unscathed. It was just as special and beautiful as the picture online and made a lovely present. It arrived very quickly, too. I am very impressed with the service and would definitely use it again.

Recently bought a carnivorous plant from Houseplant.co.uk. Arrived very promptly, i believe it was after 2 business days. It came well wrapped and protected so it wasn't damaged like I was worried it might have been. I also ordered a plant pot which also arrived on time and undamaged.

The plaplants are delivered quickly. I ordered on Friday the 10th of April and received my plants on Monday the 13th of April. The plants were beautifully and well packaged for their journey. They were in good condition when they arrived. They are a good quality product and have been thriving. The care instructions are good and I am loving my new adventure into house plants.
