Purchased the all terrain hovercart for my son for Christmas and my son loves it !Had a couple of minor issues but the company sorted these straightaway.Charlotte my point of contact was amazing !

Great service for both hoverboards we have bought for our two kids.

We recently purchased a hoverboard and seat and my child absolutely loves it. The boards are totally durable can be used as just a stand alone or a sit down with the seat. The sound quality from the blue tooth speaker is great and easily connects to devices. The customer service was friendly, All questions promptly responded to and a speedy delivery. Highly recommended ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My 7 year old son was gifted the hoverboard and kart for his Christmas and he absolutely loves it. He goes on it everywhere and it feels like a go cart. He has had so much enjoyment out of this already. The lights and music are all great added touches.

Outstanding customer service!! I spoke to a gentleman called Danny who was utterly brilliant at providing advise on the right product to buy for my 7year old son and was beyond helpful on the phone. He also helped ensure next day delivery which I was incredibly impressed by. My son loved the board and the smile of his face is totally worth it.

My husband had a very helpful chat with someone for advice re which Hoverboard to buy our 8 year old daughter. When it was delivered it had been very badly damaged by the courier company in transit. Customer service were so helpful and quick to respond and got a replacement sent out immediately so we would have it in time for Christmas. This level of customer service - being able to pick up the phone & talk to a knowledgeable human! is very rare these days - very glad we bought from here in the first place and not from Amazon!

When pre building the kart I found that some of the nuts and bolts were missing

A quick phone call Saturday morning and Danny was very helpful and assured me that the missing parts would be posted the following week and they arrived quickly so was able to complete the build

I bought two hoverboard with hovercraft and children were very excited and they have used and enjoyed it so much that two front tyres have worn out. A year after, i contacted hoverboard and they were very helpful and helped me to order spare tyre.

We have recently contacted customer service due to something we missed at the time of ordering and they have gone above and beyond to help us. I wouldn’t have an issues recommending them or purchasing again from them in the future.

I accidentally ordered the wrong colour at first, but when I got in touch, they sorted it straight away and still managed to get it delivered in time for my son’s birthday — such great customer service!

My son saved his own money to buy a Drifter hoverboard from these guys and it came with a free kart. I was worried it would be a 5 minute wonder but, even a few months on, I can see that was not the case at all. He loves using it and has mastered the board really quickly. The kart has been even more amazing, every time we have friends over it comes out and then they all want one. We have also taken the kart to various parks and had great fun. The battery lasts for around 2 hours too, even at full kart speed! We chose this company as we heard they have excellent customer service and we haven't been disappointed. Thanks guys, I love seeing my son have such fun....and all without a screen in sight!

These guys sell very good quality hoverboards (we have bought 3 x identical hoverboard and karts now) and give fantastic advice over the phone. They even helped me when I had a question about international shipping - and although they couldn't supply the hoverboard itself - pointed towards me a similar model available in Italy on a competitor site.

Bought my second hoverboard and kart for my granddaughter today as her brother won’t let her on his. I phoned again for some advice and yet again Danny was brilliant. Her little eyes will light up when she sees it for her birthday on Monday. I would recommend the product and company again and again.

We have had a great experience from start to finish. We had an issue with one of the kart arms not fitting flush - but I emailed over and got a new arm sent over (with new screws) within the next couple of days - so all was sorted. Cannot fault this company - very impressed.

We have bought a hover board 3 years ago. My son goes nuts on it so had few repairs/lost bolts and the customer team has been always super helpful.

Our son absolutely loves this. The conversion to make it a kart is his favourite - the only downside is that it doesn’t have unlimited charge so he keeps going - a solid, reliable battery nonetheless. Great product overall and provides a lot of fun

I Couldn't of ordered my kids hover board of a better company the product it's self it amazing and top quality which is clear to see and the customer service is also amazing there is always someone you can contact for information and support even in the holiday or at a week end the web chat is amazing thank you hoverboards.co.uk 10/10 company I wouldn't shop anywhere else for these items they certainly go above and beyond
