And remember, this is a firm of signifcant size, so there is bound to be a solicitor that is the right fit for you.

Howell Jones in Tolworth, Surry completed the conveyance for our property in Tolworth & Manchester over the last few months & I have to say I was extremely happy with the services they provided, especially with me being out of the country throughout the sale. They handled it most professionally, efficiently & went the extra mile sorting issues arising from my absence. They were always available & responsive. Theresa & her team, Lea & Lucy were involved throughout the process & helped make it as stress free as possible.
You hear so many horror stories about solicitors; this was not one of them.

Avoid this politically correct, woke, culturally Marxist firm. They go to great lengths to say how female dominated they are. Can you imagine if I said how proud I was that my firm was totally male dominated, I'd probably be cancelled immediately. They gave me the impression that they didn't like men. So much for their precious DEI. In their case it stands for DIVISION, EXCLUSION & INDOCTRINATION. If you're a man I get the impression you're not welcome here. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Incredibly poor service. Lead you down the garden path, call you, set out all the costs and email you then when you try to book their services they renege. Complete waste of time. Avoid

Over priced and extremely poor service. Shahid is a partner who is completely useless billing for work she had never done. Unable to answer basic queries due to not looking at the file, despite claiming and billing like she has. Awful. Unable to follow basic instructions, and not on the ball; we had been constantly having to reiterate the same information to her. Can only assume she must be extremely busy at home watching CocoMelon.

Recommendation would be to look for an alternative firm.
