I purchased a RC boat for my daughter. The remote controller didn’t work. I emailed Howes for help to resolve the issue. I sent the email to their orders email address.

Nothing.

Second email a week later - nothing.

Very disappointed they didn’t even bother to get back to me……..I’m left with a RC boat which doesn’t work and an upset 7 year old.

Bought the Class 33 ESU decoder loaded with the Howes soundfiles and was very impressed. used an Iphone 8 speaker rather than the one supplied although the supplied one was O.K

Very impressed and just ordered another one so both my Heljan DRS Minimodal 33s can run in tandem

Looking for more parts for my rc warship build, and again went to howes online shop.
Items were in stock, and priced well. So I purchased, they were shipped forth with,and arrived on time.
I would definitely recommend howes.

Always good fast service

We have not yet tried the radio controlled motor boat we purchased as it is for a Birthday present, however, the boat looks very detailed and impressive although much larger than we expected. Delivery was very prompt and the item was well packaged. The only negative thing I would point out is that the age on the box stated 14+ and we were purchasing this for a much younger child. I could not find any age range on the website unless I missed it somewhere.

My order was acknowledged, despatch was notified to me and the package arrived in good condition all very quickly at a competive price. Good job done.
