I visited Howling Hops before "the Covid years" but only recently found the online shop. I purchased a mixed case of cans and was pleased to find 12 different beers which I'm looking forward to trying... Ver más
Well it took nearly two weeks to arrive due to a DHL issue at their end (no pick ups or something) but no comms on thay issue until I contacted them.. Otherwise all good.

Great service and very flexible

Beers not arrived after over a week
Beers not arrived after over a week, no response to my email asking for an update of delivery. UPDATE: Have to say that the response to the issue has been promptly and satisfactory addressed by the brewery and a redelivery date arranged, seems the problem was the courier.

Hi Steve, we received your email from h***********1@sky.com on 14/02/22 at 09:59 and replied at 10:08 with the information we had from DPD about the delivery attempts - we're happy to replace and redeliver whenever you wish, we just needed confirmation of when to do so as you mentioned being away.
