Great outcome
Was a pretty slow start with the process but once Jonh Wood took over he communicated with me well with the process and got the medical help that I needed. And got an amazing outcome that I never thought I would get. Thank you.

Joke, absolutely no communication skills what so ever. John wood is my actual case handler he’s amazing the rest miscommunication with each other. It has taken over 2 years for I be paid out.. and it’s still not been paid in full

Thank you for leaving us a review, we apologise that the claim has taken longer than we would have hoped for, and we acknowledge there has been a miscommunication (in John's absence) regarding full payment and what in fact, was actually a partial payment that had been received. This has now been paid to you.
I believe our Claims Director has been in contact with you to explain the issues and is personally taking ownership of this matter. We will take steps to enforce the payment against the third party insurer if it has not been received today.
We will continue to push this daily and remain in regular communication with you.

Really good
It took nearly a year because of the back and forth with the 3rd party but John Wood (case handler) made sure that I would get the right compensation and always walked me trough everything that was going to happen, really appreciate.
