Hoyle's of Oxford Opiniones

I wanted to buy an electronic chess game for my grandson's birthday and was recommended to visit Hoyles by staff in Blackwells, which doesn't stock electronic games at all. I hadn't heard of Hoyles before but I will definitely return. I can't fault the advice and support I received and am delighted with the item I bought which I collected in person a couple of weeks later. Thank you Hoyles.

You were so kind and helpful with all the nightmares we had with the shipping!!! Thank you for everything !!!
Happy to be your costumer!

I ordered 8 Dice, 4 white, 4 black. I got a mixture of colours.

Simple and easy to order from the website and excellent ongoing communication with respect to shipping and delivery. Thanks guys.

The chess-set is excellent quality and it was delivered promptly.

Quick reaction on my mail; find out the right game (I only had the Dutch name) and quick delivery at the shop. Lept it till I was in Oxford for a visit, so nice!!

awesome service received and quick and delivery of the item ordered.

Great value and quick delivery.

Delivered safely as promised, good communication
Robust packaging

Great delivery options (Inpost is super helpful being able to collect at my convenience, rather than mess around making sure someone will be in for the postie), and items packaged really well.
Pleasantly surprised with the fair and decent pricing, as other retailers were massively inflating sought after pokemon products above the RRP.
Will definitely buy from again.

The delivery was prompt and easy.

Good range of products, swift delivery and excellent customer service when I had an issue with my ordered item.

I ordered online but got the in-shop feel.

I needed to amend my order a telephoned the store and they were agile enough to repack my order prior to shipping. No hassle, just a nice person on the end of the phone who was very happy to help.

Package arrived the next day with a hand written note wishing me well.

A million times better than Amazon!
