Thanks for your feedback—we really appreciate you taking the time to share your thoughts.
We do our best to keep our delivery costs as fair as possible. Our pricing reflects the true cost of labour (we’re proud to pay the Oxford Living Wage), careful packing, and using reliable couriers to ensure your order arrives safely.
That said, we completely understand your preference to pick up in person when you're next in the area, and we'd love to welcome you to the shop when that time comes! If you ever have any questions, feel free to reach out.
Best wishes, Emily
Alice’s Chess Set
Claire, the person who assisted us, was excellent. She knew much about the chess sets we considered. The sale went smoothly, and the package arrived home from England before I did!
