Fast and easy to order, Delivery was within 3 days. So I guess all good. Will see how long this battery lasts, so far so good.

I ordered the battery on Sunday. It arrived today, Tuesday afternoon. It's fitted, fully charged and working absolutely fine. What is there to moan about. Excellent service and very quick delivery. Battery was exceptionally well packaged and came complete with the necessary tools to do the job. Absolutely fantastic. All it needs now is to hold a good charge and I'll be a very happy bunny. Thank you very much.

Can't fault service pre order, I was aware not a genuine hp battery but very disappointed in that the battery does not keep it's charge overnight. So yes it works for a couple of hours but have to charge constantly tbh does not work as I thought it would eventhough compatible still thought would last longer than a couple of hours on full charge & thought would keep charge overnight. At least I have a working laptop though

Yes I thought I had been scammed when my payment went through a Chinese company not UK but read some reviews which said they were genuine. I placed my order on the 23rd and received it on the 25th. Received numerous updates in between.
I can't fault the service throughout.

Very happy, not a genuine HP battery but I knew that and can't get a genuine one anyway. Quick delivery, reasonable price and came with tools for fitting, which I wasn't expecting! And works really well

Once you know the model number of your laptop, it's really easy to find the correct battery. Their website is easy to navigate, the ordering process was excellent, as was the delivery and information provided. An excellent company.

Just received 2 batteries today, one for my wife's laptop & one for mine, they arrived in super fast time.
Already fitted them in both laptops and seem to be working ok up to now.

Replacement battery was sent out that day and received promptly. Battery works as expected and rather than get 40mins from it can get nearly 5 hours from the new one.

Had a replacement battery sent out promptly and for a fair price. Unfortunately the battery was slightly faulty and started misbehaving, but once I contacted the company and confirmed a few details they sent out a replacement that is working very well to this day.
