I first started using HQ4Sports back in the early 2000’s when my son played HS baseball. We were very happy with the service back then. Now…..I have grandchildren playing baseball and softball. The service these days is even MORE OUTSTANDING. I have ordered products and received it the following day. I live in Oregon and only about 2.5 hours from HQ4Sports. HS bats and catchers gear back in the day to bats and catchers gear today. I highly recommend this company. Tim Gerkman

EXCELLENT!!!! Very knowledgeable and friendly.Shipping was very fast!! I was able to get my grandson the catchers gear that he wanted at a great price!!! Highly recommended!!!

This company is a scam. They act as a retail website, but are really a middle man. I paid for expedited shipping and later was told that "they have to deal with the manufacturer directly". I paid $55 for 1 to 2 day shipping and the order still hasn't been confirmed 3 business days later. BEWARE!

I placed an order for a bat on 11/22/20 and received it 11/25/20. Free shipping and great customer service. I had an issue with UPS sending conflicting delivery dates and 2 different tracking numbers but HQ4SPORTS offered to track my package throughout the day and call UPS directly if the package did not arrive by end of day. HQ4SPORTS was not only very reassuring and kind to me but also spoke kindly and respectfully of the UPS workers in this time of Covid-19 and the holiday rush. I am very impressed with the professionalism HQ4SPORTS conveyed in not having insulted another company. And for the genuine concern they had for me not only as a customer but as a person. 5 stars at least!

Ordered two gloves on Aug 15,2020. Used 5 to 10 shipping choice. Received one glove great timing. Other glove now saying Sept 2nd. Web site says 100 in stock but I can’t get glove in 10 business days. Probably will shop elsewhere in future and get all items quicker.

Great purchasing experience-a great deal on a bat and received it quickly.
