As a Landlord I was very satisfied working with HQ Housing Pro's. Jake was very professional, with quality service, promptness, and attention to detail. All rents and deposits were paid timely and in full. I would highly recommend Jake to assist other families displaced from their home to facilitate bringing them comfort during the challenging times they are facing.
I had a great experience and truly appreciated the high level of service. The staff was professional, friendly, and attentive to every detail. Everything was handled efficiently and with care, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. It’s clear they take pride in what they do. I would definitely recommend their services to anyone looking for quality and reliability!
Jake was great to work with. Everything worked smoothly and payments were sent on time. I would definitely use them again.
After extensive damage to our home from Hurricane Helene, repairs are finally getting done (8 months later). HQ Housing Pro's were recommended to us for living arrangements. They moved quickly and found us a beautiful place within a day. Everything we asked for, they were able to provide. We will highly recommend them to others who are in need of a place to call "HOME".
It was great to work with Jake. He was professional & very helpful finding our temp home.
He always answered my questions thru text or phone timely!
Jake communicated quickly and clearly. We had tenants move in for four months due to water damage in their home. They wanted to stay near to supervise repairs. They were ideal tenants and Jake was very professional throughout all of our interactions. I would definitely use him again and hope to work together in the future.
There was consistent communication since the first inquiry by HQ Housing. The representative was clear, concise, direct and professional about the family's needs. The process was simplified and we were able to assist the needed family without prolonged delays. We certainly look forward to future business with HQ Housing Pro's.
They are very professional, and contacted me multiple times during our stay to see how things were going and if we needed anything. I would definitely use them again if needed. We were there from 12/2/24 to 2/23/25
Jake went about and beyond with service and communication. I wish all property management companies were as transparent and honest as he is. I’m looking forward to more calls from Jake with tenant referrals. Never had any issues.
Great experience working with Jake. He had a displaced homeowner and I had a temporary rental available. Made a great team to get the job done. Through all the extensions the communication has been perfect. I highly recommend.

Jake was timely, attentive, and friendly in his approach to securing mid term, local housing for me in a particularly stressful time in my life. I recommend his company if you are seeking high quality service from a dependable, knowledgeable, and well-connected professional!
