Thank you for taking so much care with your remedial installation at our property. You really took time to look after our house and install the new system with care, ensuring the new ductwork was as unobtrusive as possible, while still being an effective system.

Top marks, would thoroughly recommend.

I had pre paid for the work, & arranged an appointment for new units to be fitted.
There were email & text reminders ahead of the appointment. The engineer was on time. He was efficient re the installation, focussed on his work, & tidied up afterwards. Great job.

Sad to leave a bad review. Engineer arrived very late but the job he did was good. However, I asked for a quote to get it replaced at the same time and the company then said that he had been let go. I then went through everything waited for a quote was about to proceed and they then said they weren’t going to proceed- very odd!

Too many errors

On the first visit, the engineer didn't turn up with the boot button or the upgraded filters.

The company only realised the error when I had to point it out to them. ( Nothing would have happened had I not noticed this error)

They took another two weeks to send another engineer with the boost button and filters to replace. The person on the phone said we would be given two filters as a guesture of good will however the engineer only left one as he had been instructed.

I have had two servises with this company, I won't be calling them for the annual service next year.

I've been using HRV for 3 years now and they are extremely kind and knowledgeable. Couldn't be happier. Many thanks guys

They did not supply and fit the filters as they were paid to do.
They have offered even more filters to be sent to me.
I still do not have the filters which were meant to be fitted and no reply to my email asking for the filters which were meant to be supplied to be supplied and fitted.

Jove came to change a MVHR unit that was broken, but in the process spotted an installation issue (from 8 years ago, when the building was built) that was actually making the MVHR not circulate the air inside and outside the property properly.

This was important, because should he had just replaced the unit without noticing the issue, it would have all been for nothing.

Once he replace the unit he also noticed extraction was very poor. And this is when Jove went well beyond expectations, diagnosing also a possible issue with a clogged external vent, and Jove himself went high up on a wall (safely of course) and sorted the problem.

What a super star!

Jack was really professional and nice guy in general! the service was smooth and informative! would definitely recommend it!

I had a terrible service. HRV serviced mine and my neighbours system in Jan and signed it off as in good working order. This week, (6 weeks later) the system started leaking water and making an awful sound. I called HRV and they said they wouldn’t come round as it wasn’t worth their while coming all that way just for one property. I reminded them that they’d only signed it off a few weeks ago. After complaining, they said they’d be willing to come out for a ‘premium price’. After complaining some more I was told that the manager would call me to discuss. He never called back.

I had the pleasure of working with Jack Harding from HRV when he came to troubleshoot an issue with my ventilation system, and I couldn’t be more impressed. From the moment he arrived, Jack was professional, knowledgeable, and thorough in his approach.

He took the time to carefully diagnose the problem, explaining everything clearly along the way. His expertise was evident, and he went above and beyond to ensure the system was functioning optimally. Even though our issues are not fully resolved i know that Jack will continue to work with me to solve this, which is even more important
