Truly amazing customer support. May not be so much when making a ticket because you may have to wait for 8h+ but whatever.
However when you join the Discord server its much easier; just tag a mod and they'll get back to you in less than 30min guaranteed.
The site works a little bit slow but i think that's because my isp blocked some Cloudflare domains.
Overall really great, i recommended hrznhosting to my friends and they have already purchased it.

Returned to this server provider after an outstanding experience last year. After a few niggles, they were resolved quickly by Hayden who actually helped me have such a good experience last time.

Hosting services are great, with reasonable pricing, and the customer service is absolutely sublime, when necessary everything was handled perfectly. Highly recommended.

Horizon Hosting has been by far the absolute best experience I have ever had with any hosting company, and I have used several. They have always been extremely polite, quick to answer support tickets, incredibly good pricing, etc. Any time I need a server hosted and I don't feel like spinning up a Pterodactyl VM, they are always my go to.

Horizon Hosting has been a reliable service through and through. The panels are easy to use with almost no special knowledge and support is awesome. If support happens to not get back to you because of other things happening Horizon has an amazing community willing to offer support as needed. I’ve only ever had one issue with my server and it turns out it was because I didn’t read the instructions close enough to set up SFTP. Now that it is working she is running flawlessly and I may pick up more services in the future.

TechStreet helped me when my players were unable to connect to our dedicated Palworld server. They were able to quickly identify the issue with a port and got us taken care of super fast! 10/10

Cheap, lightning-fast, amazing service, and everything you could think of! They have a very nice and helpful support team, and all of my questions, comments, and concerns have been answered. Unlike other companies, they give you a truthful and honest answer to your tickets instead of leading you to an outdated website with information so obsolete that it would make the Space Jams official website be useful. I only spend $17 a month for 30 players cap, like a $200-$300 server CPU and alot of ram. It runs perfect for beammp, maybe a bit too perfect, It's so cheap for so much good hardware I really don't even need all of it. Keep doing you Horizon Hosting! Good job, good day now.

Amazing people with whom it's always a pleasure to work. Their services are stable, their staff is some of the best people I have ever met online, and their support is lightning fast. I just can't recommend them enough. They have this cool vibe of just a few friends coming together and making a hosting platform, and it really makes a difference. It doesn't happen often that a company's hosting web panel feels like home but here we are.

Bandwidth

First of all, I found about this hoster on some redditpost people talked about crappy hoster and nope they didn't mean this one - it was recommended by two or three people and I thought "hmm lets take a look" since I've been really unsatisfied with my previous hosters and tested out their service and even before I bought a product they told me about their experience and what really works well and what doesn't (when it comes to Minecraft Modpacks, everyone knows atm9 is a pile of unoptimized stuff and doesnt really work well with lots of players unless you have some dedicated monster machine) so they told me "yeah just test it out what u wanna run and we'll refund if it just doesn't want to run smooth" - using their service for about a week now - zero issues - 10/10 panel - 11/10 support (heck, they don't even let me ask my question in a ticket before screaming at me how they can help me in discord lol) - overall really good experience will be my go-to hoster for a while for sure!

Purchased a Palworld server and it runs very well. Have had no issues with it at all. While i have not needed it Support on the discord answer promptly and from what I have read always does all they can to fix the issue.Will be moving my Minecraft servers to them as well when I start them back up.

Tried many host services and THIS is the best by far, servers are super responsive, the panel is so detailed with information that you really know what's happening! and not just a loading GIF. Restarting a game server takes just a very few seconds, browsing the files with the manager is so easy and even editting the files is pretty simple and intuitive. But the jewel is the Support team, my first ticket was responded 3 minutes later and the problem was solved a few minutes later.
I had a few problems with servers or panel down when the Palworld's servers rush started, couple of minutes to be up again, but now everything is running smooth. Recomended 100%

Horizon has held strong through the rocky path that was Palworld's launch, outperforming big name host services by a mile. Servers run smooth, and any issues are handled incredibly quickly. Support in the discord is also very fast and helpful. They're constantly working to make sure their nodes can handle this sudden influx of players, and its paid off. I'll definitely be using them as my host for more game servers to come.

The support is amazing whether its on the website using the ticket system or using the ticket system in Discord by far the best I've used on any hosting site.

Don't get me wrong there is issues now and then but the staff keep you updated on any downtime and if issues arise they look into it promptly.

Even though I am in the UK, I have a server in the US to play with my friends abroad and no connection issues.

Their support, in particularly Elker, responded right away and helped me through all the issues I had - answering all my questions and concerns immediately. They migrated my server as requested immediately aswell without any issues. So far using this host has been nothing short of a 5 star experience.
