Very helpful and knowledgeable staff(Alison and Billy).No pressure or rush to make a decision. I would highly recommend HSL .It seems to be a good company to buy from and to work for.

We selected to simple fixed fireside chairs which we were then told cost £1700 EACH. We found two very similar chairs from a supplier in Monkstown and saved over £2000 pounds, so shop around before you buy from HSL

My husband and I met with Lilla in the Belfast showroom. She greeted us and left us to look around the chairs without any pressure to buy at all. When we asked for her help she proved to be very knowledgeable about the products and with her help and advice we chose two chairs. Each chair specifically to meet our individual needs. We were very impressed with how professional she was and she did not in any way put pressure on us to buy. We are looking forward to receiving our chairs in 6/8 weeks.

We received excellent service from Helen who took us through a comprehensive fitting for the new suite we ordered. Looking forward to delivery

Having requested a HSL brochure a few weeks ago my wife and I knew what exactly what we wanted.
When we visited the Newtownabbey showroom we were greeted by Alison a very friendly and knowledgeable sales consultant who showed us the collection we were interested in. She had us sit in the selection of chair sizes until the correct size for each of us was determined.Other details of fabric choice, reclining or fixed etc were discussed and agreed on all without any sales pressure whatsoever.
All in all, from the initial greeting, the coffee and biscuits, the sales process and the free taxi supplied to take us home, we had the best experience possible.

On arrival to store I was greeted by Arron who was to be a great help with my search for a comfortable chair. The style of chair I had in mind turned out not really suitable for me unfortunately (too low ). After explaining my needs to Arron he guided me to a different range of chairs. The chair he directed me to was much better for my needs and was the one I settled on. Arron had great patience with me selecting the fabric explaining the various type and treatment available which I had not thought about. My final choice was so different from the chair I had initially looked at but was much better and I am looking forward to delivery. I had a very pleasant experience with the service provided by Arron and the choice of seating HSL provide.

The team were very friendly helpful and professional. Took time with me and give me the time to make my decision. It was great they where able to come to my home with the chairs as with my disability I was able to go to the show room.

Excellent experience. The sales assistant explained everything about the workings very clearly.

The assistant Alison made the experience so easy, she explained all different sizes,materials and workings of several chairs, nothing was too much trouble, also offered refreshments, she brought samples to me to sit and look through. Highly recommend this store and staff.

All the staff were lovely, friendly and approachable. They all went out of their way to make you feel welcome.
