Visited Cheltenham store after allready purchasing chair at another store 10 minutes previously,as we wanted options.Informed assistant Gemma we were only window shopping .She was very attentive and helpfull explaining all options to my wife who has had hip replacement and faces another soon.My wife found a riser recliner chair that was perfect for her with Gemmas direction..We left thanking her for her assistance went and cancelled the previous chair purchased at another store,came back and purchased the chair shown us.professional and attentive service,not to pushy well informed sales staff at this store thankyou

Lorraine was really helpful and showed a good level of knowledge about the stressless chair i purchased. I think HSL is a fine place to purchase your furniture from.

The knowledge that Pauline (Cheltenham branch) had was invaluable. She guided us through the different options that were in store and even managed to source a chair that was available for immediate delivery. We also chose a bed and, once again, her advice was much appreciated in finding the right bed for mum’s disability.
I would highly recommend HSL Cheltenham (Pauline) for her caring and kind nature in helping mum choose the furniture that she needed.
She has been using the chair and bed for a few weeks now and is finding them very comfortable and much easier to get in and out of.

Lucy was very helpful regarding choosing the right Stressless chair for us. Going through all the options from choosing the leather, colour, style, payment and optional finance.

We were served by lovely assistant called Jemma who was very empathetic and patient.

Welcomed as we entered and most helpful with any questions we asked,given lots of advice and left alone whilst we discussed our options with no pressure to decide. Spent a lot of time trying different chairs and given coffee and biscuits whilst we tried them a nice touch.

We were welcomed at the door by Lorraine, who then took charge of our visit, showed us to the armchairs we were interested in, and helped us choose the right size, fabric etc. She was friendly, knowledgeable and courteous throughout

Great experience dealt with by Jemma who knew both the product and the way to determine it's best use. Never pushed to make a decision, once I did the transaction was straightforward and competent, always with tact and in a friendly manner. Recommended.

Lucy was a very salesperson - friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and VERY patient.
She didn’t hassle or push towards a sale at any point. She just answered all our questions and allowed us to take our time in deciding the best combination of furnishing to fulfil our specific requirements.
