HSL Chairs - Henley in Arden Opiniones 

Good buying experience at the Henley in Arden shop. New chair delivered today by Ian and Paul who were very helpful getting the new chair into position and getting out the old chair (25 year old HSL recliner). Excellent service all round.

I bought my chair from HSL Henley in Arden. The staff there were very helpful and patient particularly Elaine and unlike some companies I didn’t feel pressurised. It was delivered this morning by two pleasant men and I’m now sitting very comfortably in my new chair.

Having encountered the very ‘pushy’ and non informative approach from similar companies, my son and I visited the HSL showroom, in Henley in Arden, Warwickshire.
My husband was returning from hospital in a few days and we wanted an ‘all dancing and singing’ chair for him.
We were greeted by Claire who was friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable but as importantly, clear about the cost from the outset.
Fortunately the chair we wanted was in their 3 day express range. Delivery was excellent and our chair is beautiful and in full use.
Thank you HSL and especially, Claire, along with Magda, who was the ultimate professional.

Paul & Thomas delivered my chair from HSL with care and consideration. They arrived on time, having 'phoned beforehand, and could not have been more helpful. They put the original plastic cover back on the chair as it is being stored until I move to my new address. They were courteous and took time to make sure everything was fine. Very pleased.

Took delivery of a recliner ordered in the Henley store in September. The retail experience was exceptional and delivery service could not be faulted . Carl F and Lee R kept us informed throughout the day of delivery, and once installed spent time explaining the chair workings again to my elderly mother .

Superb service from the Henley in Arden store today. Magda and Dawn are an absolute credit to HSL. Knowledgeable, patient and very understanding. Great job! Needless to say a purchase was made!

We can not recommend HSL enough, both in respect of product and customer service.
We were expertly guided to the chairs best suited to our requirements and allowed to spend as much time as we wanted to make sure they were right for us, no pressure or hard sell here.
Our sales assistant, Elaine, was extremely helpful and friendly with broad of knowledge of product and the company, there was nothing more we could have asked of her.

My husband & I ordered 2 armchairs & a settee from HSL in Henley & Arden store , the staff were amazing so helpful especially Kim & Claire, they didn't rush us at all & we felt so welcome nothing was to much trouble, so thank you both for that x we are so happy with our purchase & would definitely buy & recommended this company to

From ordering to delivery you couldn't beat the service. Kept informed of delivery date, time slot and then actual delivery time . The 2 lads Carl F and Lee R were both polite and helpful, Carl demonstrated how the chair worked . Elaine at your Henley in Arden branch was super helpful. All ordered and delivered within 6 days. BRILLIANT!!

We visited the Henley showroom and found it welcoming, very large with lots of chairs to try. Kevin helped us and advised us with professionalism and extensive knowledge. With his help and expertise we found exactly what we wanted.
Now the chairs have arrived, carefully delivered and assembled and set up by Martin and Leon and we are delighted and enjoying our beautiful and comfortable seats. Our compliments to Kevin, Martin and Leon.

Visited the HSL store in Henley in Arden on 03/09/2025 with my elderly mother looking to purchase a Riser Recliner. Kim, Dawn and Magda spent over two hours helping my mother choose the correct product for her needs. They provided a no pressure, but good old fashioned personal service in a welcoming environment. All are a credit to the company, it made a difficult decision much easier due to product knowledge. Now awaiting delivery!

We have now received our chairs and they have met our expectations, they are very comfortable and the delivery men were very careful.

Kim the Comfort Specialist at the Henley In Arden Store was extremely helpful with her advice and spent a long time with helping me chose the right settee and chair.
The delivery time was very quick and delivered by Chris & Terry who were very friendly and excellent in assembling and demonstrating the furniture.
I am very pleased with my new furniture.

From start to finish, From our experience in the hsl shop in Henley in Arden, to the delivery of our chairs went according to how we was told, they rang in advance to their arrival, no damage was done in transit, install went very smoothly, a very professional service.

Dawn and Magda were so helpful in solving a comfortable and correct height chair for my husband to be able to stand from safely and easily and to source the right fabric. So impressive that we then chose a second chair for myself!

Exceptional service from the Henley in Arden store yesterday! The sales team there was so great in helping my husband and me choose our new sofa and armchair. They went above and beyond to assist us in making our final decision. Definitely deserving of 5 stars, I would give them 10 if it was possible!

Fabulous service from the ladies at showroom in Henley in Arden who really looked after my mum while we were choosing her chair to the delivery guys Ian and Paul who brought and set it up. Would highly recommend this company.
