Chairs suitable for people experiencing back pain
The Showroom was in the right location for us. I am suffering with back pain and wanted to try some different chairs. The assistant Dawn, was extremely helpful, showing us lots of different style chairs and helping us to find and purchase chairs that were both comfortable and elegant. First class service
I had initially encountered HSL at the Ideal Home Show and the excellent customer service continued when I visited in store. Being made a cup of tea enabled me to sit and relax in the furniture and the staff then gave their expertise on sizes and fabrics. From beginning to end the whole experience was a reminder on how good customer service can be.

HSL. Not cheap but what great quality chairs.
Used this company for many years and our very old orthopaedic recliners are still supportive and comfortable. Decided to purchase a riser/recliner; my right hip will be replaced soon to go with all the other metal joints! (And they say that sport is good for you?) HSL Newcastle under Lyme; seen by Julie. What a sweetie? And so patient with me and my wife. Not once did she even look fed up with us two taking forever. Even offered us a drink. Both her and her Manager were absolutely fantastic; patient and helpful and totally professional. We spent a fortune (as usual) but what price comfort in our old age? Great company to do business with if you are looking for top quality. If you are not go to eBay! Julie; your a star!

Very helpful sales lady
Very helpful sales lady, wasn't rushed at all . We booked a second appointment to try out the chair again before ordering. All staff excellent. Delivery guys Craig & Danny lovely.

Very knowledgeable staff who were helpful and not in your face to push a purchase. The member of staff we dealt with was new and learning but she was kind and professional and the whole experience was positive. All shopping experiences should be like this when looking to buy a big purchase.
