Craig and Danny made a perfect delivery of my chair into my home setting it up and explaining everything to me. They were very pleasant and made me feel at ease.

Staff knowledge was excellent. They were patient and extremely helpful in explaining instructions about the different types of recliners available. They were sensitive to individuals needs and preferences. They gave time forcouples to have discussions alone but on hand to suggest or advise. Polite competent and did not rush or put pressure on us to make rushed decisions. A pleasant helpful experience.

Bought a recliner chair from HSL at Newcastle upon Tyne. We were made very welcome but Alison and the rest of the staff, who were very knowledgeable and helpful and guided us through the many choices to make sure our Stressless chair was exactly suited to our requirements. It just arrived today, delivered with care by Ian and Paul, and it’s exactly what we were wanting. Very pleased!

Staff in store listened to what I required not what they were pushing, kept informed about order and delivery.Chris and Tom the delivery men were helpful and careful with the delivery,would recommend for service.

Having just visited the Newcastle upon Tyne branch, we are now looking forward to the delivery of our reclining chair. The store has a large selection of furniture, styles and fabrics, luckily Emma was on hand to effortlessly guide us through, she was so very knowledgeable and personable.
She happily answered all our questions and explained everything we needed to know about, fabrics, comfort and workings of the chair. We would happily recommend to our friends and family. Thank you.

Friendly helpful staff in store. Shown and tried wide range of chairs and given as much time as I needed to try each one. Delvered within promised 3 days and installed in desired position then ran through various functions. Delivery driver very helpful and friendly. In all a very pleasant experience.

the staff in newcastle shop were amazing i was in shop for over 2 hours they were very efficient and caring knew exactly what i needed after asking me some questions and allowed me to try the chair i picked for a good hour while having tea so i knew it was right they were so friendly and put me immediately at ease can’t thank them enough and can’t wait for delivery of my chair

My mother's new chair was delivered today and I can't say enough about the service she received. She received a phone call about 40 minutes before they arrived. And 2 men brought the chair in, moved her old chair and kept it plugged in so she could be seated comfortably while the new chair was installed. While one man got the new chair set up and helped mum learn the remote (she is visually impaired), the other man waited outside. The men were patient, and unhurried

Mum loves her new chair and is so much more comfortable than she was in her old one.
