Impressed with HSL.
When choosing the sofa and chairs we were given the help we required but also left to our own devices. They made sure that the chairs etc fitted us as we are both tall. Also that they could be assembled on site narrow doors. Appreciated the beverages and biscuits.
We have both been impressed with the service that HSL has given. The removal of the old furniture went without a hitch. Arrived on time and finished dismantling within 20mins.
Had a call from HSL saying they could deliver the day before but no pressure - kept to the original day. Arrived spot on time - assembled the furniture with no problems. Would recommend and use HSL again.

The young lady was extremely helpful…
The young lady was extremely helpful explaining how everything worked didn’t rush us to choose gave us plenty of time to pick with material we wanted.
Have had to ring to chase up delivery was supposed to be end July now September 7th/21st would not have ordered if I’d have known it would be that long. If I cancel its £30O which I feel is unfair

Home Demo
Just had a home demo by Hayley and Liam from the Norwich branch. What a fantastic team!!! Rang to say when they would be arriving. Brought everything you could possibly ask for and answered every question with ease and honesty. Made sure that the chair they brought was the correct sizing so that my Dad would never have any discomfort or posture problems. Listened to my Dad and his stories. Nothing was too much trouble. Chair ordered and Dad is excited about it arriving in 6-8 weeks. BIG THANK YOU!😁

Our experience with HSL was excellent
Our experience with HSL was excellent, From entering the Norwich showroom we were met by Michele who gave all the help we could wish for. The delivery drivers Carl and Alex were very good they removed all waste and put the sofa in the exact position we asked for.

A quality company to do business with.
The showroom was staffed with friendly, welcoming people who knew their stuff. No aggressive sales tactics and a relaxed atmosphere.
Quite a long time (10 weeks) before delivery but worth the wait. We chose a delivery date and time slot. Ian and Paul arrived on time and did a great job placing our new chairs just where we wanted them.
Expensive but top quality chairs from a very professional company.
