The young lady that served as was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable about our needs she was a very pleasant assistant

Really excellent and welcoming customer service and advice. Help with fabric choice and options given by a very friendly lady called Lynne. We were allowed all the time we needed and staff went above and beyond. The tea and biscuits were a welcome addition while making our choice of the fantastic range.

We were given a great welcome by Christine she was very helpful and pleasnt also the dilvery team Chris and Paul are very good at there job by keeping us informed when they would arrive brilliant service all round great team thank you all.

From our visit to the Rotherham showroom where Christine explained in great detail the chair most suitable for our needs, to the accounts and customer services and finally to the delivery team of Paul and Thomas who ensured the chair was correctly installed and how to use it; a great experience and a pleasure to have such great customer service and respect. We had an amazing experience with HSL. As my father has limited mobility, they sent a taxi to pick us up to visit the showroom. They were incredibly patient and very knowledgable about their products. We were there to buy a chair and all the different options were explained. We were not rushed to make a decision having a couple of cups of tea. Dad tried a number of chairs before settling for the one he bought. We can’t thank the staff at the Rotherham showroom enough and are excited for the chair to be delivered. Thank you

We couldn’t fault the staff in the showroom they were efficient & very helpful. Making arrangements for delivery of our chair was a nightmare. The delivery team Paul and Sean were vey good - they delivered on time and were very polite and efficient.

Excellent service from start to finish of our order of two Hypnos rise and recliner beds from HSL. The order went exactly to plan and delivered by Craig and Shane who were lovely. Thank you.

Very good experience from start to finish. Very knowledgeable helpful and polite in the shop and a very help full delivery team both Lee and Shane were both polite and very experienced in the install. Showing us and demonstrating exactly how to use the chairs and remotes that came with them. Called previous to make us aware they were 30 mins away from our address and cleaned up and removed all rubbish when finished could highly recommended these 2 wonderful white glove deliver team thank you

I was contacted the night before delivery to advise on time slot and that I would be contacted 20mins before they Arrived at my property. Alex & Asad were very polite and cheerful the brought my chair in and Alex setup the chair. I was shown through the controls and explained how they work, I was given the information pack and the cleaning kit which I had ordered. I can highly recommend HSL as company their services were excellent from buying to the point of delivery 5*+ great experience.(love my new chair)
