Luca was patient, good humoured and thoroughly professional. She made absolutely sure that the chair that I chose would be the most suited to my needs.

My new Stressless chair is nothing like as comfortable as the one in the showroom. It is lacking in padding in several places. It doesn’t seem right for a quality make. I feel something has gone wrong in the construction.

I visited HSL Tolworth to buy a bed and armchair.
First of all the reception was really welcoming. Luka took all the time necessary to explain the workings of both bed and chair. Plenty of time allowed to test the bed and chair. No feeling of being rushed.
I experienced courtesy and hospitality during the visit.
The bed and chair arrived today. The delivery was exceptional. Plenty of time taken to explain everything.

We called into the Tolworth branch and were greeted by Luka. She was very welcoming and offered us tea and biscuits. She helped us make our choice of armchair with no hard sell. Thoroughly recommend HSL.

Friendly knowledgeable sales staff, quality products, great delivery team Jason and Ashley, assembled tested and explained operation of recliners. Phoned in advance. Good communication all round.

New chair delivered today. The delivery team were extremely polite, efficient and extremely helpful. The whole process of choosing the chair and delivery has been extremely simple and pleasureable.

Reema was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She gave us great advice and made everything so easy and painless.

My new chair was delivered this morning by Martin and Jack. They arrived at the time they said they would and were cheerful, polite and super efficient. Overall very impressive.

Our experience started with Reema at the Tolworth showroom. She was friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. Our Burrows 2 seater and Ottoman was delivered by Raymond and Leon. We were regularly updated on their time of arrival and when they arrived the delivery went smoothly and efficiently. The whole experience was a pleasure.

The knowledge and patience of Reema at Tolworth. She made us very welcome and took time to find out what we wanted from the purchase of a chair. She gave us time to sit in a variety of chairs and did not hurry us to make a decision,

We had the most knowledgeable sales lady, she advised us on everything we needed to know, also we weren’t pressured in any way into buying.

This is the second chair I have chosen, unfortunately I did not order the original with the riser capacity which I now need unfortunately!

I was served by Ruta on 31st May she was very helpful. I looked around the show room and sat in several different chairs and finally made my mind up. Ruta was very efficient and went through everything with me.

Rebecca who looked after Mum and I in-store at Tolworth was delightful as was her colleague. Between them we found the perfect chair and completing the paperwork was seamless. Rebecca was super kind and helpful and deserves recognition for her efforts.

Successful delivery of 2 armchairs by Edwin and Garry. They called ahead of time to say they were on their way and were courteous and efficient when unpacking the chairs then took all packaging away. The experience we'd had at Tolworth shop was just as good and shows that old-fashioned service, putting the customer centre-stage, is not quite dead yet !
