To be honest I stumbled on HST by…

To be honest I stumbled on HST by accident, Originally I was looking for a nice new laptop, however browsing there web page I stumbled on bundles, I could not believe how much extra computer I was getting by buying through HST, The build is great, everything works as expected, and to be honest I would recommend this place to everyone. customer service was always polite and courteous. over all they did a great job

Thank you Jo Hague for resolving my issue with delivering my PC order, which I placed via Wowcher.

Lots of customers have had similar issues with lack of communication from this company. If you have an issue, contact via sales email address first. I hope that their communication skills improve, as all UK consumers have rights and can seek support, but if they set the expectations, reset them and manage those expectations going forward, but stay within the legal boundaries, recourse to the extend that I was prepared to go to would not have been necessary.

Nonetheless, I have my order, the quality of the product was good, it was packaged with care, albeit having to wait 2 months down the line, I have a happy child and so I will leave it at that.

Happy with my purchase and the service I recieved

HST offered the exact spec of machine that I required at a very competitive price. Although the declared delivery was a little longer than I was hoping for I took a punt. HST missed there delivery date by a few days but there customer service was excellent in particular Jane. Jane kept me up to date with the build schedule and with the ETA of the machine. She responded promptly to all emails. I actually received the machine a couple of days before the date she stated. I have set up the machine and it is working perfectly with all the extras I asked for. I am very happy with my purchase and the service I received. Thank you Jane and HST.

Great Service

I purchased a computer from the company last year. It arrived as promised and was soon working as advertised. However, it developed a minor problem which didn't stop the computer from working but was just a little irritating. I contacted HST and they immediately asked me to return the computer for repair under guarantee.
You know the feeling that without a computer you are going to be lost but, in the end I grasped the nettle and sent it off last Tuesday. It arrived back today - Friday - fully repaired. I cannot fault the service, professionalism and friendly manner in which I was treated. I am happy and confident to recommend HST to anyone.

My Iphone 6s was lagging and slow

My Iphone 6s was lagging and slow. It shut down at 60%. These guys were fantastic at fixing my problem. I highly recommend. Very friendly and great customer service.

😔 I ordered a pc bundle through wowcher…

I ordered a pc bundle through wowcher for my sons birthday gift. The keyboard mouse headphones and mousepad were delivered but the pc and monitor have not arrived I have tried to contact the seller directly through email and telephone to no avail, so have had to go through wowcher for any response. They have been saying the same thing every week that they will let me know when it's ready. I'm at the point where I am starting to think that this is a scam. I'll update if anything changes but at the moment it's looking like that may be a possibility.
UPDATE 27/04/21
After a lot of communication back and forward with the HST the pc bundle arrived today. We are very happy with the purchase itself but the delay in delivery was rediculous. If you don't mind waiting longer than originally advised for your bundle I would highly recommend. Unfortunately I won't be buying from this company in the future to avoid any upset.

I had an issue with my pc computer with…

I had an issue with my pc computer with the internet so I sent it back so they could sort it out also, I didn’t have any bootable device on it either so that was the original reason. Then could not get any internet which they help massive. I would come back to them if I needed any help again. I want to say thank you to Jane she help me out with any inquiries I had and we both try to solve the issues and managed to fine one that works.

Absolutely shocking company I ordered a…

Absolutely shocking company I ordered a computer on 02/01/21 and never received it after numerous phone calls and broken promises I cancelled my order on 22/02/21 and was informed I would receive a full refund within 14 days to this this day I still haven’t received it and now no one answers the phone I’ve now had to get my bank involved to try and get my money back do not use this company avoid like the plague

Got there in the end

I ordered a gaming PC bundle for my grandsons birthday, it was delayed beyond the time scales and missed his birthday. Worried by past reviews i sought out the company, i don't recommend this as they're very hard to find. However they said they would deliver this week and they have, albeit in 2 parts as they had forgotten to send the rest of the bundle. The system is up and running and my grandson is well pleased with it. Throughout the problems they always responded to my e mails quickly so overall it would have been a 5 star rating apart from the lateness. I would recommend anyone buying from HST to order well before the system is actually needed.

Ordered a gaming pc bundle through…

Ordered a gaming pc bundle through Wowcher and when I finally got a notification saying it had been dispatched it said expected delivery the next day but, when it got delivered it was just the accessories so I tried to call them, tried for about half an hour and finally got through, had to keep refilling because there isn’t a queue system, and was told that the pc was accidentally picked up by them selves and would be sent out that same day and to expect tracking info to be emailed to me.

Also had a email response from their live chat (in which it isn’t a live chat you just leave a message and they respond through email) and that said something completely different to what I was told on the phone, it said that they sent the accessories to notify me that my order was being processed and the pc would be sent when it had been completed.

Currently I’m trying to phone them again (been trying for 1 hour as writing this so far)

Will update when I have a response or the pc

UPDATE......
Spoke with one of their team, and was given an answer which I’m satisfied with, will update again when the pc arrives

ANOTHER UPDATE......
After speaking with somebody from Wowcher I can confirm the the estimated delivery date was a mix up on Wowcher end not HST

FINAL UPDATE......
Pc arrived yesterday, very happy with it, does exactly what I need it to, I would say it’s value for money and a great starter gaming pc for someone like me who’s just starting out and wouldn’t know where to begin in building your own.
Overall I would recommend HST Ltd

My updated review

I've ordered a desktop PC a month ago and I can't get any updates on my order whatsoever. Bear in mind that they claim their deliveries take max 14 days to arrive. I had no direct phone numbers to call nor live customer service agents to chat with ! >March 31st update!!> I've finally received from the long awaited parcel and it seems everything is in working order.

Cancelled order before the PC was sent out (I.e within the 14day build time which in itself is a largely absurd) and now it’s been 6 weeks and the refund is yet to materialise.

Do yourself a favour and go to a reputable outlet / shop and spare yourself the headache

This company is not legit. Quick to take your money but not quick to actually give you what you have ordered. Especially during a pandemic when people are struggling with the money they have, to then essentially con the poor people that want to purchase from them is appalling and I hope this generates a lot of attention.

DO NOT BUY FROM! They don’t send goods.

Order not received!

Yet another awful company who think it’s fine to take your money but not send you the goods. I’ve tried ringing, numerous emails and had absolutely nothing from them.

By the looks of it I will just go straight to my bank to get a refund.

How these people have the conscience to take money and not fulfill the orders are beyond me!

If I could’ve given less stars I would’ve and I recommend that no one touches them with a 10ft barge pole unless you have money to lose!

Brilliant customer service

Brilliant customer service.
Shortly after placing my order, my old PC died.
I've just launched an online business and was days away from go-live, so contacted customer services explaining the urgency. Jane from customer services answered promptly and kept me informed, whilst HST pulled out all the stops and got my order to me a week earlier than scheduled.
I noticed a few negative reviews on TP, but given that we are in the middle of a pandemic with a worldwide shortage of computer hardware, delays are to be expected, but can say that my experience has been excellent.
Jane (and the dispatch team) thank you again.
I'm a very happy customer and will recommend your firm to friends and colleagues.

Great service

Ordering was straightforward but couldn’t get the offer discount via PayPal but was no issue using a credit card. Delivery by DPD was a challenge as they missed us, I blame the bad weather, but HST arranged redelivery which arrived quicker than expected. We had a technical issue on setting the pc up. Which Jo, via web chat and email sorted out for us. Very happy and I will use again.
