Item still not received

No response from the chat function on the website

Haven’t received the print , bought on the 22nd as a birthday gift , tracked the parcel after 6 days which states ‘ fulfilled ‘ , spent nearly 20 minutes on the email chat , to be send a screenshot of the ‘ fulfilled ‘ tracking details , I explained that I’d not received it , then to be told I hadn’t to wait another 7 days before they will acknowledge the parcel missing . Birthday has come and gone but 8 days later , no sign of the print ! Won’t be ordering again .

I had a print made of a photo of me and my Nan as a birthday gift for her, and it turned out absolutely perfect. The quality is amazing – every detail is so clear and vibrant. It captured such a special moment between us, and I know she’s going to love it just as much as I do. It’s a gift from the heart, and something she can treasure forever.
