Placed an order two weeks ago. Hasn't shipped yet. Customer Service Team told me to wait two more week and let them know if I haven't received yet...wtf?

Huge Supplements is a crap company with lousy customer support!

Spend your money elsewhere...

Outstanding customer service team and an outstanding company as a whole I always use huge for my supplement needs and it never fails to amaze me. My parcel got lost in transit and Joseph was more than kind enough to work effortlessly to solve my issues 👍🏻

Hidden import fees ~£40 from NL to UK, just use another supplier I’ve rejected my order due to this from Huge Supplements.

The supplements are wonderful. Customer service is subpar. This company has a huge stock and inventory problem. They allow customers to buy items that they do not have in stock. Instead of informing the customer of the issue immediately, they will sit on the shipment. You, as the customer, must contact them. This makes shipping long, tedious, and inefficient. Some popular items like Vitamin D have been out of stock for nearly a year. The products are comparably more expensive than those offered by other nutrition retailers. Be wary of ordering from these people. The quality of service does not match the price they charge. I have mentioned this to them 3x and they have thus far refused to address these major issues. This shows a complete lack of regard for their customers. I give them two stars only because the products are generally good. Otherwise, they deserve 1 or better yet 0 stars.

I ordered my products on February 21, 2026, and they were returned to the company for some reason. Customer support said on March 5, 2026, that they would resend them, but as of today, March 14, 2026, nothing has been shipped. I haven't heard anything from support, so I'm assuming it's a scam.

I bought Pump Serum, which is literally awesome steam free pre workout. And while delivery company failed, I received helping hand straight away from customer service. a few moments since I send them email , they replace immediately missed parcel , like matter of minutes. Stunning job .I can recommend to anyone Huge Supplements as not only they are selling really kicking pre workouts, but what's more important, they really taking care about customers.

Been a Huge Supplements fan since I tried their first version of wrecked preworkout like 3-4years ago and it hit like a freight train. Their new formula still hits and also the most diabolical pumps ever. Also have theit wrecked core preworkout for easy days. Wrecked core has everything you need nothing more nothing less and its great bang for buck. Finally Wrecked enraged, thats for the hard leg days when you need an extra gear, and want some extra fat loss and stimulation thru their 98% alpha yohimbine. I didnt used to like alpha yo because of the jitters and cold sweats but this is different its more potent but less of the nasty side effects. Plus Huge has the best support team out there. Had an order missing a tub of protein and Joseph fixed it less than 24hours.

Had begin de maand een pakket besteld en het duurde meer dan 3 weken uiteindlijk hadden ze een nieuwe gestuurd en komt die uiteindelijk ook niet aan heb weer een mail gestuurd over dat ik mijn geld terug wil en dat willen ze niet doen want het is niet hun beleid oftewel je bestelt wat en je krijgt het niet en je geld krijg je ook niet terug geweldig.

After many years of ordering on the HugeSupplements EU shop (french customer here) i need to write a review:
the differents pre-workouts are great, good kick/pump and almost no crash, taste wise it's one of the best you can get.
A few weeks back i ordered back on the site and after having a issue with the french delivery service(delivered a wrong order to my adress and lost my HugeSupp order) i had to go back and forth between the delivery service and HugeSupp support to explain the whole issue.
Joseph from HugeSupplements team did a really good job and was very helpful, he has been able to send back a new order that is now on it's way.

Thanks again to him and i'm sure i'll keep ordering and talking about the HugeSupp brand at the gym!

Ordered on a Tuesday. Ships following Monday says it will arrive on Saturday. I check shipping Friday, and now it says arriving Monday. I will never order from here again. I will now have been 6 days with no creatine or test boosters.

I ordered the pre-workout with the mojito taste and I can say it is one of the best pre-workout to take. This is because it taste great, the pump is fantastic, and with this pre-workout i dont have a crash after the gym.

Everything was great dealing with Huge Supps., EVERYTHING from the quality ingredients down to their quick shipping.. another highly satisfied customer, would highly recommend doing business here!

I Got some amazing customer service after my package was lost in transit, they just sent me a new one, and it is arriving suite fast

I made a mistake and ordered an extra tub of something and they responded very quick and gave a partial refund and were super understanding. Very good customer service!

Been buying from this site for years with no issue. Recently, I had an issue with an order I received and Joseph helped resolve it quickly! Prompt and attentive customer service. Definitely will continue supporting this site!

Ordered 02JUN2025, on 10JUN2025 I had not received product so I emailed. Someone contacted me and told me one of the things I ordered was sold out and to select another one. This should have been done the moment they were sold out. Attempting to cancel my order.

27/05/25:
Placed order 16 days ago for shipment to Cyprus, Europe. Still did not receive. Not sure what is going on.. Giving it a 1-star for now until I hear back from them and/or receive order finally.

P.S: Shipping within EU should not take 2+ weeks.

I finally received the products. I now gave 3 stars for the following reasons:
+ Products are great, high quality
- Shipping took very long
- Box was damaged, duck tape everywhere (I am guessing from post office people), pre-workout powder was not closed properly and a lot of it was spiled.

The most horrendous customer service I've experienced! Took forever to ship item, then lost item and never delivered. Even after several emails I sent, they never sent us a replacement. Was incredibly disappointed & will never be ordering from them again!

I had some leakage from my bottle and they sent me a new bottle, very pleased with the customer service!
