Eigentlich weiß man ja, was für ein Mist teilweise aus China geliefert wird, aber das ist die Höhe! Statt der abgebildeten Tierfigur, wurde nach Wochen ein Paar viel zu kleiner Socken mit lediglich schlampig zusammen- und aufgenähten Tierköpfen geliefert. Das gibt eine glatte 6plus. Nie wieder!

Absolute waste of money. I got this for my daughter's birthday in April. By the start of Aug it stopped working. I changed the batteries....nothing. I emailed them on the 5/8/25 and got a basic "get back to you within 2 working days" reply.
I have contacted them twice since then with no reply.
This is an absolute rip off. I got her a replacement, half the price from Temu.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They sell faulty items and don't get back to you. Strange how I didn't the usual "reply within 2 days" email with the 2 chase up emails.

Fraudsters. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND STAY AWAY FROM THESE RIP OFF MERCHANTS

Sorry but I love mine! It is a little louder than I thought it would be but when your child is cuddling it to death it’s quiet. I am now getting myself one and my older daughter wants one too. Super soft and works beautifully. Maybe in future the company can make a volume button with 2 options for volume.

Poor quality and not fit for purpose, got a partial but not satisfied at all.

Coincidental card fraud and the only company I last used it on was hugglys. Make of it what you will!

Watched a video of these on la ne by the company working they where so lovely I decided to buy 3 different ones the rabbit elephant and sloth. They where lovely quite when breathing music good . Maybe I’ve been sent fake copies because mine are loud mechanical noise very loud music that has no volume control and the movement box makes the toy extremely hard . Waste of money not even fit for charity shop !

The teddies themselves are soft and cute but very cheap made. You can hear the motion of the tummy moving up and down, only plays a few minutes, loud and can’t change the volume and the shh setting is quite freaky sounding. Not worth buying I’m afraid

Purchased 2 for.my children at Christmas, my daughters was great until a few weeks ago when it just stopped working. Have changed th batteries, contact customer service es and sent them the video as they requested but now the website has been closed and can't get in contact with ANYONE.
My sons panda didn't work properly from day one so sent the video of this as well. Now I have 2 teddies that are supposed to help with children's anxiety and sleep which are not clearly working and left with nowhere to go to resolve the issue.

I ordered a hugglys stitch for my granddaughters birthday. Put new batteries in and it's not working. Tried 3 sets of batteries nothing. Really disappointed. Waste of money! I take back what I wrote... my 10 year old granddaughter , the recipient of the huggly stitch, got it working. It works perfectly. She can hear the heartbeat it lights up at the heart,, she loves it. I will say that the instructon leaflet was nt very clear and beside myself 2 other adult family members tried to get it to work.

I ordered a sleeping bunny a couple of months ago for my daughter’s birthday, which is today. It arrived a little later than expected but that was customs rather than shipping.
Stupidly I didn’t check the bunny properly when I received but did just before I wrapped it. It works fine but I’m not convinced with the quality.
It’s supposed to sound like something softly sleeping as the belly raises and lowers as though breathing, but both the sounds and the movements are very mechanical, and loud! I’m not sure how anyone is supposed to sleep with the noise of that thing?!
All in all I’m very disappointed with it and I’m thinking of just ripping the electricals out and stuffing it a bit more so it’s just a cuddly bunny.

Poor quality, website says 14 day money back guarantee and free returns but I was told I would have to pay return postage to China. Offered 20% refund... manged to get it to 50% but 6 weeks later and many emails chasing my refund has still not been processed.

Scam company.Faulty product, had to fight for them to approve the refund, sent numerous videos with various examples of batteries to prove it. They would only offer me 50% refund back. I accepted as couldnt do anything else and then just kept saying there was a fault in the refund department and then ignored my emails....still not getting my refund after many more emails

Do not buy this product. It broke within six weeks of purchase and they refused to refund or replace. Disgraceful. Said that as I didn't report it within 14 days they don't do anything about it. It was working at 14 days, a few weeks later it just stopped working. They did waste my time though by getting me to make a video of it not working, only to say they still won't be refunding or replacing it.

Don’t buy a scam. Total rubbish, doesn’t work they won’t refund you due to faulty goods say there is an issue with payment system

If I could give no stars I would. One is too much. Ordered 2 for my grandchildren. None of them work. Gone past the stupid 14 days return policy. So in the bin they go.

Well I wish I read the reviews first. My daughter absolutely loved it. Then stopped working after a month. Customer service kept repeating about the 14 day return policy and weren't interested that there is clearly a fault. My child is autistic and grew attached to it so explaining it will no longer work has been very difficult.

It lasted 1 month and it stopped working. Don't bother with it. It was good while it lasted, but not worth the hassle. I now have a nervous child who was used to it and nothing to calm him.

I got 3 of these one for myself. I put the batteries in and it didn't work, I looked up instructions in case I had done it wrong. Then I checked the batteries were in correctly they were really hot. I was burning my fingers getting them out. The whole plastic unit was very hot.its a very good job this hadn't been given to a child. Or if I had fallen asleep with it on as that's what it is for, would it have started a fire? Very dangerous and not cheap!!!
