I cannot express enough how grateful I am for the exceptional service I received from Suzie and Michael at Hugh James in helping me with my PIP appeal. From the very beginning in Feb 2024, when the Spinal Association first advised me to pursue the appeal, Suzie took the time to thoroughly explain the entire process. She provided a clear roadmap of the steps I needed to take and what information was required to file the appeal. What I really appreciated was her constant availability to answer any questions, ensuring I was always in the loop and never felt lost.

When Suzie was unavailable, Michael stepped in and continued to provide the same level of dedication and support. I always felt reassured that I had someone there to guide me through the process.
