HUH helped me fix my mistakes with order
I ordered the 3 of the same hoodie by mistake along with other items as Christmas presents, and I didn't realise that until the package came 🙈, i emailed HUH headquarters, and they helped my fix my mistake and made sure to have the otems i needed to me ontime for christmas. There was constant correspondence with HUH and every email was answered. I really appreciated everything they helped mw with they were so patient and told me exactly what i needed to do.Myself and my Partner are big fans of HUH clothing and everything they stand for. The quality of the clothing and other items we have purchased have been of excellent quality and great value for money .

Brilliant efficient service even on Christmas week. Well done to the team adjusting my order last minute for me. Quality of garments are incredible compared to any leading store brand. Delighted to support a small Irish business and mental health awareness at the same time. Haribos went down a treat also.

Hi Andrea, Apologies about the inconvenience. Our first 1 star review out of hundreds. That is a shame! Due to the high levels of demand at this time of year we did a pre-ordering of all products until the first week of December which was clearly stated throughout our website and social media channels. I understand there was a slight delay, but after I had responded to your email about the order I sent it with DPD as I had thought they would have made it there before me. Unfortunately, it has not worked out that way which I cant control but I take full responsibility. Please let me know via email response in our most recent correspondence earlier today if you would like me to refund this order.
