the moment i walked through the doors…
the moment i walked through the doors to the hungry horse my body got flushed over with Ceri's beautiful aura. she greeted me and i went to order my food. when she sereved us the food she was very polite asking if we are okay and if we need anything. then about 8 minutes later she came back asking if we need anything which was amazing because it shows us how much she cares about the customers which is absolutely fabulous and comforting.

Sherwood manor has Great value for money food.very Friendly staff who can’t do enough for you. Can get busy sometimes but I see that as a sign of a good pub.

The Mount Pleasant is a friendly, relaxed pub that provides good food at a great price. It's local. It's good value.

Excellent Full Monty Mixed Grill
I always have the full Monty “mixed” grill wherever I visit. Reason being it’s the best on the menu for me anyway! But today the meal in particular was exceptional and was the best yet!! Hats off to the chef!! I was also given my meal by a polite and cheerful staff member called Ronan, so thanks to him for a good service! Which I asked Ronan afterwards to please thank the chef for me for an excellent meal indeed today! AAAA++++

We had a great last minute evening out…
We had a great last minute evening out at the Sherwood Manor Nottingham. Our food was lovely despite coming in after 8pm. The staff was brilliant, even brought us extra gravy when requested, Annalise was very kind and very helpful. Would definitely recommend.

Friendly welcoming service, definitely going again.
We went in as a family on Saturday 4th July. We had no booking but were welcomed by a young lady at the bar who I believe was called Tegan, she was extremely helpful, showed us the menu, helped with the kids and set us up with a waitress who seated us promptly and really gave us the attention we did not expect from a hungry horse. We didn’t catch her name but she had dark hair. When we were leaving Tegan noticed and wished us a goodbye and gave us a little smile and wave. That little gesture made our day. Thank you.

Such lovely water features and…
Such lovely water features and exceptional grounds and seating areas. The restaurant was really nice too very impressed BUT the service although very friendly was ridiculously slow and had to wait ages to get served with a drink and then again to put in our order as couldn't use the QR thingy. This did spoil what should have been a very pleasant experience.

Went to the black bull hungry horse Dover for a evening meal and for breakfast next morning , food was great both times much better than the poachers pocket and the fox under the hill

Great day 18th birthday party
We had a wonderful evening celebrating my nephew's 18th birthday. Our waitress and waiter, Stacy and Kyle, were absolutely amazing. They went above and beyond to facilitate the party and truly made this iconic milestone special for the whole family. Incredible service!"

Hungry Horse at Furzton Lake was lovely. Great atmoshpere.
Would have been nice to have more interaction from the staff, mainly so we didnt need to wait so long between meals. Greg and Rachel were both lovely and friendly and did a good job.
