Very fast service and delivery. The necklace is good quality and looks lovely. Overall a great purchase. My only gripe is the jewellery box it came in is a little “tatty”. It looks like it has been used before hence the four stars instead of five. No problem as I have a nicer box but still a shame, little details make a difference. I would definitely shop with Hunters Fine Jewellery again.

Very easy to order. The jewellery is shown very clearly on the website including the size and shown on a model so you can also judge the measurements. Items are posted out really quickly. The quality of the item was exceptional. Clearly gold and a good weight to it. I was concerned as there was a slight delay due to the Royal Mail but I was kept informed by the company. Extremely good customer service.

We chose to design an engagement ring from scratch with Michael, who was incredibly patient, provided sound advice, easy to communicate with, easy to get hold of, and was incredibly helpful throughout the entire experience. The entire process went smoothly with regular updates. Michael was quick to action too. Honestly, no complaints, Michael provided excellent service and quality of jewellery. The final engagement ring we received was beautiful, exactly what we wanted. And as a bonus, the price was incredibly reasonable.
