waste of money apart from the red light which does flash it doesnt record any pics or videos . e mail contact and phone number dont work , it took 20 days to arrive direct from china nothing wrong with made in china everything is but how how can you make a item so bad must be harder than making one that works please avoid .

Avoid this company at all cost they are a waste of space. Camera doesn’t work, asked for a refund but they fobbed me of asking for videos as to how I put the batteries in !!!!!! Etc. what’s load of rubbish.

Avoid this company at all costs. They are the worst. The camera I purchased is totally without function and I cannot get any response from the company. The item described as a trail camera is nothing more than a plastic box.

Camera arrived worked intermittently in day not at night. Examined by expert. Stopped working altogether. Declared faulty. Emailed address on receipt. Got nonsense back and no answers to my questions. Asked for refund, still got the same nonsense reply. Put all correspondence to Mastercard who have taken up the matter in a very business like way. Previous reviewer said use Amazon, I would add "or Mastercard ".

Do not use this company, ordered a wild life camera. It was awful. Wanted a refund, so got in touch, like their policy states. Gave me an address in France to return it to. Cost me £12.99 to return it. That was 3 weeks ago, they have received it, still no response to my emails or refund. Terrible company. Reviews on their website are fake ones

Not sure where to start.
Poor quality of the devices.
Very poor customer services.
Ordered a camera in January that work only for 2 weeks.
Got a replacement camera that didn't work.
After many (30+) emails they don't want to give me a refund.
Every time I ask for an update they ask the same initial questions.
I have learned my lesson, always go for Amazon. At least even when there is an issue you know they will refund you.

Last year I received a camera that did not work. I had to send many videos to demonstrate this. Eventually they agreed to refund if I returned the camera. I did this only to receive an email saying they will not refund me. I’m an outraged! It cost £50 plus the cost of returning. They knew when I’d bought it before it was returned. Their English is appalling and they had the nerve to call me’dear’ in their ridiculous correspondence. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Discovered after we bought this it is aka PR100, available much cheaper elsewhere. Ours works and happy with perfromance. Set up for date and time is poor. Instructions say create a text file and enter parameters in defined format; save to card root; disconnect power and install. Huntpassion sent card with file created over a year ago. The camera persistently used the date file created, not date in parameters. Even after deleting the file and copying on a new version the card file created date showed the old date and the camera used that. I guess that was a Windows problem. Downloaded a file eraser, scrubbed the file then copied in the new file and went through the installation routine, and now it works. However, setting date/time accurately is impossible as the camera is using date/time file created, and delay is unavoidable.

Cannot set it up on the date etc, it reverts back to 2019. Very poor!

I had the same problems as several others on here, but found a YouTube video by Quedgley which explains in detail (in English) how it works and how to set it. Since then, it works really well and I’m very pleased with it. The company’s customer service was well intentioned and helpful but hampered by language difficulties. Persevere : it’s worth it !

After about 3 weeks, the night vision has stopped working. I have asked for a refund or a replacement.

I bought this as a Christmas present, we had a few issues however Huntpassion were really helpful and got it all sorted for us and it works perfectly. We have now seen a family of badgers, various foxes and muntjacs, really clear images. Very pleased with it.

The camera does work. However, the instruction sheet is to put it mildly, not fit for purpose. The information does not include the fact that the red LED in the diode array can only be seen in very low light. It took some time to realise this. The translation from whatever language it originated in is what used to be pidgin english and does not clearly describe what to do with what. I am sure the importers could do better.

Avoid like the plague, This camera has never worked. When I got in touch they kept asking me to send them videos, which I did. I followed instructions to the letter and this camera has never produced one photo. When you go on their website all the reviews are 4/5 star, which is complete rubbish as you can see from the reviews left on here. £49.90 is a lot of money for me to lose. I hope they all rot in hell.

Should be no stars, but there is no option for this. My experience is very similar with a refusal to do anything unless I submit a meaningless video. An expert has looked at my camera and has been unable to make it work. I agree that it is suspiciously light and I also wonder if it is an empty box. Mine came with a return mail address which is Unit 5, Trident Way, Southall UB2 5LF which is at least UK based. Would Trading Standards have any interest in this problem? I would strongly advise no one to buy his camera until all these problems are resolved.

Purchased a camera in December but it did not work. Felt light and believe is fake. No replies to emails to customer service and phone line does not work.

Got a response 5 weeks later but refused to refund the item unless I sent a video showing that it didn't work and that I had gone through all the fixes on my PC and memory card. I don't have a phone capable of taking a video and attaching to an email so I am stuck with this broken piece of plastic.

On the website it clearly says 'satisfied or refunded' and 95% client satisfaction, which is complete nonsense. see the facebook page for more unsatisfied customers.

This is nothing short of fraud as not a UK based company.

My mother purchased camera for my Xmas present arrived faulty did not work unknown to her it had come from China direct, told them it did not work and they wanted me to do a whole video showing loading battery's setting up to work trying to take pictures etc and proving it was not working, i told them we dont work like this in the UK but they did not seem to care as in China with my Mothers money, so do yourself a favour and avoiding loss and spend a little more and buy from UK company because this company is just not set up to deal with returns or problems, you have been warned. AVOID (I will happily remove my review on receiving a credit)

Received two of these cameras for Christmas. Neither work, the phone numbers on the website provided don't work and no replies to their e-mails.

I bought a Hunt Passion trail camera and micro SD card from this company for £64-80 and when it arrived there was only a very small manual but no contact details or address for the company. I set it up as instructed but it simply does not work. I eventually found an email address, mobile number and landline that all appeared to be in England but there has been no response to my emails, the mobile is dead and the landline is continuously engaged throughout the day and night. It seems as though this is a scam and I too will be contacting my credit card company today. It might be that this is a company linked to an area of Paris according to my credit card statement!!

I ordered a trail camera 9 days ago. I’ve not received an email confirmation of the order (I’ve checked spam also). I’ve received no camera and had no response to my emails. There is no way of contacting this company, the telephone number doesn’t work so with a lack of response to my emails I am now going to trading standards and contacting my credit card for help.
