Wasted trip after item ready for collection message to collect an item that you did not have at the store at all. With staff that couldn't give a toss and were very unhelpful. Absolutely useless!

Zero communication from your back-office team!
You acknowledged receipt of the order slowly and then didn’t get in touch to agree a delivery date; not just within your published committment to do , but at all! Consequently I emailed you pointing out my disappointment and that because of your delays my planned use of the product would have to be put back by 10 days. Still no response, so when your (very professional and polite) turned up, out of the blue i had to send them away as I’d had to put my team onto another job.
