Great customer service and bags

I ordered a bag and I was in love with it. The shipping was super fast and I was very pleased. There was an issue with the bag confection, which is something that can happen to any product, but the customer service was amazing and they refunded me the value of the bag. I highly recommend this store!

Meedenkende klantenservice

Erg goede ervaring met Hvisk (en dan vooral de klantenservice). Mijn pakket was zoekgeraakt. Ik was hierdoor wel een beetje in paniek omdat het een verjaardagscadeau was en het de laatste tas op de site was. Heb toen de klantenservice gemaild en uitgelegd. Hele aardige vrouw die aangaf dat ze gingen zoeken en uiteindelijk het pakket hadden gevonden. Om de wachttijd te compenseren kregen we de verzendkosten vergoed (dit was €10 omdat het ergens uit Zweden o.i.d. moest komen). Was hier dus erg blij mee en pakket weer terecht! Heel vriendelijk en goed opgelost. Aanrader.

Firstly I ordered items but later, changed my mind and want to add other items. contact support desk and tell about that but no response then got a mail it’s saying the items are shipped! I received an answer to my question 30 minutes after sending the email - it was a lovely, super helpful support and my customer service person resolved the problem immediately. Very much recommendable!

Delivery problem with UPS

I ran into a delivery problem with UPS. Parcel supposedly deposited at the delivery point ... I spoke to customer service and thanks to Josephine, I was able to receive a new parcel, directly to my home.

Very happy customer

I placed an order with HVISK but unfortunately my bags got lost during the shipping process. I contacted them with my problem and HVISK immediatly took care of it. I got a very fast reply from the customer service, where Josephine helped me out really polite and kindly. She even sent me some mails outside the office hours of the customer service and on a Saturday. Withing 24 hours the problem was solved and they just sent me the bags again although it was not their fault that the bags got lost. I could really recommend everyone to order at HVISK because they are not only a very beautiful sustainable brand but they also have the best customer service.

My order was sent to the wrong address

My order was sent to the wrong address, so I've contacted Hvsik's customer service to change the delivery address. Josephine took care of it, contacted UPS and they changed the delivery address. Their response was very quick, so my experience was great !

DHL lost my order twice but HVISK…

DHL lost my order twice but HVISK immediately replaced it and sent me the order again. They responded quickly and were very kind and helpful. Amazing customer service!

5 stars without a doubt!

The bags are so beautiful and elegant. Suits any outfit! I had a little problem, but the customer service was very helpful and tried to resolve everything as quickly as possible! I will definitely order here again and recommend it to everyone!

HVISK's customer service is great. The exchange was very nice. I contacted HVISK because the seam of my bag has come loose. The team looked at the pictures and sent me a new one last week. I am more than happy with it. Thanks a lot!
