HWB Car Parts Opiniones

This was the first time I have used this site I was looking for a Hyundai petrol Auger and found their advertisement on Google they were the cheapest It also said to make an offer which I did a lovely lady call Michaela contacted me and explained how it worked and I saved even more she told me how to order and what code to use she was very polite and just how customer service should be done which is something other company should understand the better you treat your customer the more loyal they become. The Auger arrived 3 days after order which I forgot to mention delivery was free and I am very pleased with the company's hole procedure from start to finish
I would and will do in the future use this company and recommend it to other people
and thanks again Michaela your a top star

Very helpful customer service guys. Good company to deal with.

Excellent customer service from HWB CAR PARTS, fast delivery, gave me discount on a compressor that no one else would. Thanks a million.

Fantastic selection of stock, great customer service

The team at HWB were very responsive and helpful. Only a small hiccup with their dispatch or courier meant a slight delay in delivery, but top marks for responding and taking ownership... I would definitely recommend them and use again.

My first port of call for any issue with my car .. fast friendly & professional service & advice. You will not get advice like this from any internet site. Shops & staff like this are priceless. Five stars.

Great team of people. Was worried about my parcel arriving as in communication with Jordan and Micheala who were extrodinary and deserve a bonus for theyr practical and supportive communication

Good customer service, helped me pick the right generator to back up our family farm. Product is excellent and so far so good.

Andrew.

Excellent Customer Service and prompt delivery

Simple and unusual HWB not delivered plant/goods to us as we order goods to different adress from billing adress.
Very disappointed,as deduct the funds next minute and issues after.
No issues with refund ,HWB get it back straight after required.

P.s
We have non issues with other suppliers for last 15 years....

Thx

Not bad, however a bit slow in keeping me updated on arrival of product which caused a bit if grief.😒

Purchased a Hitachi jet washer at a great price for quality product. Powerful & loads of different attachments for every job from the garden to the car & more. After sales were brilliant & customer services were tops.Nothing was a issue to them. Delivery was as it said & bang on time. Couldn't ask for a better company to deal with. Excellent in all aspects.

I would have given 5 stars but the mower had a broken chain guard, is it possible to send a replacement.
Part number HYM430SPER-21.
