Hello, I want to warn you. This Website is Fake. I payed and NEVER saw my product. There is also no option to get your money back, so just stay away from the site.

I've 'pre-ordered' two figures with them, and let me tell you, it was BAD. they lure you in with a relatively low costing 'deposit', and then later, once they have your order ready, which, more often than not, is either scuffed, dirty or broken apart when it arrives, they have OUTRAGEOUS shipping costs, upwards from 120-200 dollars! Just for shipping! It's a total rip off. Please do not give this site patronage, I'm warning you, lest they hold your 'deposit' hostage, too.

Multiple parts of the figure broken, LED lights don't work on it as advertised. No response from their customer service.

J'ai commandé une statue qui est arrivée avec un bras manquant et un système d'éclairage qui ne fonctionnait pas. Je leur ai envoyé un mail pour qu'ils m'envoient au moins ce bras manquant, mais j'ai jamais eu de réponse. Mon père avait également commandé une autre statue pour un Noël et celle là on l'a carrément jamais reçue...Alors franchement n'achetez rien sur ce site.

So I order a statue from them and wanted to do the payment plan. Months roll by and I havent been charged since the initial deposit I put down. So I contact them about it. Didnt recieve an answer back. A few weeks go by and I try again. Me losing my patience after seeing random people online getting update info on this item yet none of these updates about the item changing was emailed nor reflected on the product page. So I email them again asking what is going on with my payment plan and the state of the item. Finally get an email, person who answered was extremely unprofessional saying they never got an email from me the 1st time and told me I just need to wait. Several more months go by, still never got charged for anything beside the deposit. I start seeing people receiving this item from other countries and reviewing it. So once again I contact them about what happened with my product. Got a quick response that my item was ready for shipping and I was to pay for everything in full+ shipping. I've been asking about payments plans and they drop a huge bill on me. Them handling this situation has been abysmal. Do not order from them.

Hwshouses shipped me the worst piece of junk I've ever seen is a total disaster.

Can't even call it "statue" it´s break all over, came full of scratches and dust on all of the parts.

The statue was not even finished, it came boxed with water sandpaper, some parts even have glue coming out them.

Totally UNACCEPTABLE for a retailer of collectibles and particularly statues.

There is obvious bad faith in this shipment.

There was absolute none quality control SINCE this was shipped completely BROKEN.

Also they never sent me the final invoice for another statue and they stole my money

All in all I recieved my shipment.
It took for a long time so I opened a dispute on paypal. But I got my statue undamaged and perfectly fine. And it didn't take more then six month dispite of COVID-19 crisis. I'm going to close the dispute.
I hope hwshouses will try to cooperate with clients better.

This site was barely okay at first, but apparently a new person is running it. I had contacted the original owner to pay off a figure I preordered and was redirected to a new guy due to a 'personnel transfer'. This worked out except the new person charged way more than the site says (like I asked for SAL shipping which is $101 on the site, he said it was $211). Then after paying he told me I sent the incorrect amount in HKD, except I sent the payment via Paypal as HKD and sent exactly what I was told so I had to put out another $20...

Yet again I did get my figure, but the whole ordeal was shady and scummy. Stay away.
