Great guys, great products!

Terrible service, poor communication, poor quality products, sales reps say one thing the invoices say another, avoid like the plague!

The product range is exceptional, and the team provides invaluable assistance and advice for specific storage solutions. I would rate my experience with them five stars.

Fully agreed 'If I could give minus starts I would'
Asked only for quote. Sent polite email saying I found better deal with different supplier and after few weeks received chaining email to pay invoice. Over few weeks I was dealing with different departments to get it sorted. Finally received credit note. When I was convinced it all done after few days received another email chasing for payment... I contacted company for explanation and received smiling face and response that is automatically email. The service was a real disaster

There should be an option for zero stars. Delivered product not to specification then claimed to have reworked it but sent back in same condition. Damaged and not properly assembled.
Do business with them at your peril, terrible company and product.

Late delivery and not delivered to specification. Run around the houses promised a refund due to the product being damaged and not to order specification. For them to turn around and deny all knowledge.
