I was told the product I ordered would be with me in 3 to 5 days. I chased it twice in 10days, Then I was told it was not in stock. Very poor communication and customer service. AVOID!

I bought few items from them , everything was awailable on website , im waiting for delivery more than week , tehn i send email where is my parcel and i have answer:

It looks like we are still struggling to source a couple of items. The WN32N and RB4832N.
The reducing bush is due in start of August and the weld nipples are due in October.

Would you like to remove these from the order?

That is joke ....so now i have to say to my customer to be waiting till october ?

After being promised by Chad Morton (General Manger) that my delivery would be here one week ago today I am shocked that it has still not arrived, there has been no further communication and the order status is still processing all because one small connector was out of stock.

These guys are the stock, a laughing one, I'm not laughing because I have to claim through PayPal for my £240 back which means claiming for each individual item. very tedious.

Lesson leaarned.

Do not touch this company they advertise products to sell which they have not in stock I ordered filters 28th April and its the 25th May today and rang them 3 times telling me waiting for them to come as no stock emailed no reply they took my money a month ago and now I m requesting a full refund terrible company

Good shop with one of the biggest range on the net. However custom hoses are not very accuratly made, if you need a precice length, within a cm or two, best ring them up first. Prices arnt cheep but arnt too exspensive. However they are increasing fast over the last 2 years. If its urgent ring for stock level, just becouse its listed donsnt mean they have it. customer services helpfull and freindly.

First time I have used hydraulic megastore. 'phone help was excellent and the purchased items arrived quickly and work well. Very happy with my purchase and will use the store again.

I have used Hydraulic Megastore quite a few times now and i'm very pleased with the service they provide. Hoses are made and sent out very quickly at a fair price and are always correct.

I know nothing about hydraulics. My cheap Chinese tractor has fittings unlike anything available here and another big company had told me there was nothing they could do to help. Hydraulic Megastore helped me to find parts which could be adapted to fit and now I have a first rate repair. And it only cost about £20 + VAT & P+P.

Reply from company makes the delay something out of their hands. The valve was good quality & well packed so I may have been a bit harsh with my score and will revise it upwards

I use Hydraulic Megastore all the time for hydraulic spares for machinery on my farm, their range of stock is excellent, their service is good and their prices are keen. What more can one ask for?

Amazing service, was looking for a very hard to find fitting, these guys had it on the shelf, sent it out the same day and I received it the following day.

The sales guys on the phone couldn't do enough for me, it only took around 5 minutes for them to find what I needed and complete my order.

Will definitely recommend to anyone in need of hydraulic bits.

No complaints about the fittings or hoses and prompt delivery, but was annoyed at being charged £49 delivery on a £400+ order when website says free delivery on orders over£250,

Ordered oil a week ago, order status has not changed and have recieved no tracking information. Have been told delievery days on two seperate occasions and no sign of the oil. I have also been told they would send me tracking information and yet again nothing!!! I wont be ordering from here again
