Hi Margaret - We are sorry to see that your 1 star review has appeared. We place in every box instructions on how to use the product. We see you have ordered on two occasions with us so you must like HydroZen water.
We also cant find any correspondence in our emails from you asking for help or advice.

Great Aussie business with super after sales service, nothing is too much trouble.
The premium water bottle is awesome - has me back on track for 3 litre water intake per day with 10 fills possible on an overnight charge. Getting me into a fantastic routine.
UPDATE: Bought a 2nd bottle for my 17yo health and fitness freak nephew. Arrived within 36 hours - he loves it and it is now part of his daily routine
