J ai commandé des pièces de moto Hyosung . 1 mois après toujours pas de livraison , ( ils annoncent de livraison délai de 15 / 20 jours ) .
j ai envoyé deux mails d explication , une réponse de leurs part .... Ils allaient se renseigner , finalement ils m annoncent que mes pièces ne sont plus disponibles !

Je leur demande un remboursement , mais à ce jour toujours pas ,

Ils ne répondent même plus à mes mails .

Livraison à durée 1 mois alors que j ai payé 30 euros pour l avoir en 7 jour et sont pas capable de livrer le carenage de la bonne couleur et quand on les contacte pas de réponse à fuire des incompétent

Terrible customer service , my order is well.....somewhere , just not at my house. They have been paid in advance and quite honestly I should have know better. Anyway , I hope you read this before ordering with this company , then go elsewhere for your Hyosung parts.

I do not recommend you purchase from this company. They may have been ok in the past, but my last purchase has left me losing $300.
I ordered the correct part. The wrong part was delivered. I contacted them the same day as delivery but got no answer. I followed up again and got a reply to send part back to the address on the label. The address was handwritten and illegible. I asked for the address to be emailed and also enquired about who pays the return postage for the error on their behalf. I have not received any reply. I have followed up twice without any response.
I recommend sourcing your parts elsewhere unless you are willing to risk losing money.

Franchement, ça fait deux fois que je commande des pièces pour ma hyosung GT 650 R , livraison en moins de 2 semaines à chaque fois, pièce correspondante, pour le moment pas déçu et très satisfait du service

Très mauvais site, ils est clairement écrit sur leur site envoi par avion et mon garde boue est en train de faire le tour de l'Asie en bateau ! Ça fait plus d'un mois que j'ai commandé et le bateau tourne en repartant en arrière par fois ,je vois d'autres avis identiques en plus et le service client me balade en prétendant se renseigner !!!
Je déconseille absolument sauf si vous êtes prêts à attendre 3 mois minimum

Its a scam site, ordered a magneto assembly and they sent me another type with a different serial Number, sent It back claiming a refund and they are unresponsive. Stay away from this site

Ordered starter clutch and gear set way back in July '23 and only received the gear. It's now September and the starter clutch has still not been sent and they've stopped replying to emails.
Originally was told to send back the parcel to a different address than the return label on the packaging. Then when pushed for a refund they sent a digital gift certificate to presumably reorder the missing part - except the amount does not go anywhere near covering the amount of the starter clutch! Plus I'd have to pay shipping if I reordered.
Going through other reviews and looks like this is common practice for them - send incomplete orders and then not follow up. DODGY SCAM BUSINESS! We are now out a few hundred dollars and the bike cannot be fixed.
Also be aware that this company goes by several different name variations - Hyosung AU, Hyosung UK, Hyosung Parts, Hyosung Wholesale, etc.
AVOID AVOID AVOID!!

A fuir absolument , plus de deux mois pour recevoir ma commande ,aprés avoir contacté des dizaines de fois leur sav qui disait en cours ,enfin reçu et ils manquent la moitié des articles ,ne font rien .
Et prennent leurs clients pour des imbéciles

I ordered some parts to hyosungparts.eu in 6th of December 2022 in amount of 50 euro, paid by Visa Card with no shipping costs. It was strange that the payment was done without passing the security steps for online payment. Imediately I received an e-mail asking me to pay more 40 euros for the shipping "due to covid situation". Next morning I went to my bank to ask them to refuse the payment ,realising that I was scammed and sent email to hyosungparts.eu to cancel my order and return me the money. They answered me that the parts I ordered were already shipped and provided me a tracking number that I could not track it. Reading the reviews of this site I resigned to hope that I will get the money back or the parts ordered, but... Surprise !...in 27th December the package with the ordered parts arrived to me. This was my experience with this site.

It is a scam website. It is identical to a website called hyosung wholesales. They Will take your money and then delay The shipping “we’re sorry for The inconvenience” they have stoppet replying my mails and my order is still not shippet. That was a 300 euro order they scammed.
