You can’t cancel your subscription. They think they’re clever. If you accept a discount for the following month, they deliberately disable the ‘Cancel Subscription’ button and redirect you to chat with a bot that doesn’t work. You can see from other reviews that they do this on purpose. To be honest, I’m constantly dealing with 3D models in my work. I’ll tell everyone about this ridiculous approach and advise them to steer clear of hyper3dai. If my subscription isn’t cancelled, I’ll also take legal action.

quick nice and easy to use

Hyper3D makes creating 3D assets much faster. I can upload an image or enter a prompt and get a usable base model without spending hours modeling. The textures are generally options give me some flexibility. there is still room for improvement in geometry consistency, but overall it is a very helpful tool for creators.

Hyper3D is useful when I need a rough 3D model or want to test an idea quickly. It saves time compared with building everything from scratch, and the image-to-3d feature is easy to use. However, some models still need cleanup, especially around small details and complex shapes. It works well as a starting point, but the results are not always ready to use immediately.

Last month, I subscribed to the plan for one month because I wanted to test the service. I believed the subscription had been cancelled, but I realized that the automatic renewal remained active and I was charged again this month.

I would like to request the cancellation of my subscription and, if possible, a refund for the most recent charge, as I did not intend to renew the plan.

Note: I sent an email but did not receive a reply.

The whole workflow feels smooth, from uploading an image or entering a prompt to generating and downloading the model. I like that I don't need to jump through too many steps. For someone who wants quick 3D assets, this is a very convenient tool.

Hyper3D is very useful when I need something fast for a project or prototype. The models come out with decent structure and textures, and I can export them for further editing. It's not a full replacement for manual work, but it gives a strong starting point.

User friendly great results and saves ssooo much time plus 1 dollar for the first month you simply can't beat that getting 30 coins for a buck and those 30 coins can make potentially 60 assets.....a win win everywhere thank you.

3D objects are of extremely high quality

Rodin works perfectly but the material section and Omni craft material don't deliver acceptable results

The image to 3D process was simple and easy to follow. I uploaded my image and got a useable model much faster than expected. ✌️

I signed up for a subscription after genuinely misunderstanding the pricing and plan details, and I canceled it immediately, within moments of subscribing. I never used the API, never generated a single asset, and never touched the service even once. I also never received any email or notice informing me that I was being charged.
Despite that, the tokens I received after payment were clawed back right away, yet the refund to my original payment method has still not been processed. So I'm left charged, stripped of the credits I paid for, and refunded nothing.
I've contacted support multiple times, by email and through the service center chatbot, and I have not received a single proper response — only automated replies and vague escalation notices. Being ignored after payment like this is unacceptable.
Because of the silence, the clawed-back credits, and the missing refund, I am reporting this as fraud and I have filed a report with Stripe, the payment processor. I want other users to know what to watch for: when a business charges you without notice, removes the paid credits, and then goes silent instead of refunding or responding, that is a serious red flag.
I'm not asking for anything unreasonable. I want my refund for a service I never used, and a clear human response instead of another automated message. This should not be this difficult.

Hyper3D is fast and easy to use. I'm still learning 3D, but the platform makes it simple to get started ❤️✌️

Great experience overall. Made my 3d workflow faster and helped me create assets with much less effort

Rodin made it easy to turn a reference image into a 3d model. I still needed to clean it up a bit, but it saved me a lot of time.

I used Hyper3D for a small asset idea and it worked pretty well. Not perfect every time but it gave me something useful really fast.

I subscribed to Hyper3D/Rodin, but when I tried to cancel my subscription and stop auto-renewal, the platform did not provide a working cancellation option.

I checked the account settings and tried to follow the normal cancellation process, but I still could not cancel. This creates a very poor user experience and makes the subscription feel like a trap.

A paid service should make cancellation as easy and clear as subscription. I expect Hyper3D/Rodin to cancel my subscription immediately, stop any future charges.
