Please stay away from hyperli, I've bought several vouchers however most of the establishments are closed down yet they still continue selling the vouchers, They dont reply to refund request or any communications and complaints sent, I've also bought a perfume that costed R1200 and when it arrived it was a knock off perfume that is 80% water. The scent lasts 2 minutes then disappears. That was in February, To date i stil haven't heard back anything from them after several complaints and refund request sent. Please if you dont want to waste your money stay away from hyperli.

I bought a perfume 'Creed Aventus' which is a cheap knock off. I have logged a refund request and emailed Ridwa but to date have still not received any feedback. Please stop cheating people with their hard earned money!!

Does Hyperli still exist or anyone working there? I have purchased deals last week and have been trying to reach out to them via support since Sunday...no reply, via email or their Instagram page.

I have not received all my vouchers via email too!

Hyperli i just bought 2 JBL flip 6 speakers from them for my sons birthday, late delivery, FAKE JBL speakers sent, the JBL logo was glued on, The sound is bad, its not authentic JBL speakers. DO NOT spend a cent with these people they are a scam, DO NOT BUY FROM HYPERLI BE WARNED, THEY SCAMMERS.

Watch out they take your money but you don't receive the item don't be scammed

They absolutely useless at customer service. Have a credit with them and send them messages for assistance. They either don't respond or do so after a few days. Seems like they not interested in their customers at all. Wudnt purchase anything from them in a hurry
They will do themselves a favour by shutting down.

They advertise original JBL headphones but deliver fake, cheap, Chinese knock offs. I am battling to get my money back. They cannot be trusted.

No refunds when the establishment is closed on arrival. Even after confirming the reservation with them. Unacceptable. We won't be wasting anymore money at Hyperli.

I took a chance with Hyperli products. I bought an iPhone, it was a good deal. However, when it came to delivery, I never received the package, for over three weeks I got no updates from Hyperli and their delivery partner SkyNet. When I emailed Hyperli I received what seemed to be an automated response, I followed up on two days via email as they do not have a mobile contact number, Hyperli went quiet. I then sent a new support ticket to cancel the order and get a refund, I am still waiting for the refund.

Whilst I was trying to contact Hyperli, I was calling SkyNet, the courier partner and they had no idea what they had done with the package and kept mentioning that they would expedite, this happened for a week until I ultimately gave up and requested a refund from Hyperli.
