Great

I went to their first Naruto pop up event in NYC back in Feb 2020 and been with them since. Great to see all the anime collabs Hypland has been aquiring over the years. The blanks they use are great and high quality. From the clothes to the rugs to the bags. Always hoping to see more and more anime collabs with them.

Wrong information on site and product, owners don’t care or make it right

I ordered 3 hoodies on their website, all of them listed as true to size and checked their measurements before ordering. When I got them they were all smaller than listed on the website and when I emailed customer support about it they said that these products tend to run smaller, even though there was no disclaimer of that on the website, and I wasn’t offered a refund (of store credit, not even my money back) because the products were opened . When I messaged the owner with the screenshots of the size chart and the product saying it was “true to size” off of their website, he said that it was odd that one of the hoodies I ordered was not true to size and never responded past that even though he saw my messages I sent after those. Really scummy thing to do to a customer who paid for an item and didn’t get what he paid for.

Ordered the purple curse mark Sherpa’s in both colors and some tees. Everything came in under a week and I love how warm the Sherpa keeps me in the Colorado cold

They changed the quality and style!

I have purchased a few shirts from this company but mostly repeats of ONE particular anime shirt. I recently ordered more of this particular design but THEY CHANGED IT. It is the same "graphic" but the color was obviously different and they quality of the shirt felt & FIT significantly different. Before I think they were using more cotton, this new version feels like a polyester blend. I wouldn't care so much except it isn't holding up as well as the old version in the wash!!! I grew very familiar with the fit and the new version is MUCH more fitted, so if you don't like shirts that feel like they're sticking to you I recommend you size up. This is coming from a gal with a small figure whose "unisex" tees usually fit big & loose. Also just an additional gripe, the new "redesign" (a.k.a cheaper) shirt that I received varies greatly in color. Since I already had multiple orders of this shirt, I contacted support to tell them this ISN'T what I ordered and it's not what's pictured on the site! They don't care, and they said it's still technically the same. So now instead of the vibrant violet purple graphic I ordered, I have to keep this washed off, BARNEY THE DINASOUR (plum color) version of it! I still enjoy and will give them credit for their minimal designs but do not get attached to what you see on the site, this seems to be a company that will alter the quality and color of your favorite design for profit.

I ordered the 3rd time, never again

I ordered the 3rd time.
So i spend alot of money. On the last order. I orderet two shirts size L.
But the L sizing was not the same . ine shirt feels like an M. So i writed what we can do because the dont write about sizing and stuff. The said i can send it back. But the shipping cost are more than the shirt was so i dont want send it back. But they dont care. Its hyplands fault with shirts that has different sizings. and i lost now 22.- bucks.

Hypland dont care about customers.
so i dont order again there.

Sketchy practices

I ordered two items that were on sale for Black Friday, on November 23. One of them shipped and arrived promptly with no issues. The other never arrived, which I attributed to the holiday shipping surge. I waited until almost a month later to email them (12/20) and they informed me the item was out of stock so they cancelled it and they are now issuing a refund. It truly seems they would never have refunded the cancelled item if I had not reached out in the first place, and they never informed me that it was cancelled over the course of a month.

Unorganized shipping

I ordered for Christmas and it’s been over 10 days I didn’t even get my tracking information. I emailed customer service who wrote a lengthy apology email stating my order wouldn’t be making it for Christmas and would be shipped out no later than the 25th or so..when placing the order on the 7th it’s disappointing I wouldn’t of made the order if i knew it wouldn’t arrive before the holidays. Although they apologized they didn’t offer anything for the inconvenience of my experience especially for the holidays.

Awful Experience with Hypland and Their Customer Service

I placed an order that was over $200, but soon realized I ordered the wrong size on one of my items. My fault. They do not do exchanges - no problem. They don't do free shipping on returns - disappointing, but it is what it is. I had no issue with creating a new order for correct sized item I needed, however, they wouldn't make an exception for free shipping on a new order (did not meet the $150 free shipping minimum). To be honest, this is such poor customer service, in my opinion, for them not "be able" to waive a shipping fee of $9.95 even though I spent over $200 on my original order. Call me entitled but this is currently an awful experience with Hypland. I feel as if they do not care about customer satisfaction/concerns, but only prioritize their own revenue. I suppose it's just business, but I'm appalled.

Awful company

Awful company. I originally wanted to buy something from them, but they didn't ship to my country, but still charged me for the shipping cost of the item anyway. Do not deal with, stay far away.

fast shipping from california to atlanta, clothes are super sturdy nice material and the prints are nice, Ive got their YYH tapestry in the past and now i’ve got shirts and a hoodie. 10/10. great brand to be looking out for your favorite anime or video game

Ordered two t-shirts to the UK on 27…

Ordered two t-shirts to the UK on 27 June. Didn't hear anything for two weeks so reached out to customer services to be told there was an unexpected delay. Products eventually shipped 28 July. Expected delivery 14-16 August. Summer in the UK will be over by then! I have never waited longer than three weeks to receive something from the USA, so what on earth is going on?

Hypland, I like your stuff and would consider purchasing more, but two months to receive a purchase is completely unacceptable. I will amend this review if and when I can see that the quality of the products is up to scratch, but until then, this experience has left me with a very bad taste in my mouth. You guys need to sort out your fulfilment and international shipping.

Slowest shipping ever!

I ordered shirts from them a month ago and my order hasn’t shipped. They stated it would take 12-14 business days so it’s been longer than that. Now they’re telling me it will ship the 21st.. Ridiculous the website says 10 business days at most. Slowest shipping EVER I might as well have shopped somewhere else. They will not ship the items they have ready for me because they’re so cheap and want to ship everything together.

Impressed so far!

Real impressed with CS for amending a cart that had an expired coupon for me within about 12 hours.

That made me actually buy the single shirt I wanted, as I was on the fence before. It's the kind of merch I imagined wearing as a kid in the early 00s, kind of techy and indicative of a future we never got.

My only minor complaint is shipping is kind of costly for a single shirt - I def get charging 40$ to ship a rug -- but I've spent more on other shirts, so it's just me being cheap.

In the beginning

I have been following this company since they used to sell $10 global hypland t shirts this brand has grown into a global household name never have I ever been disappointed with a product from this brand pieces I bought 5+ years are still around today with little to no actual damage to the pieces asides from stains the quality is beyond amazing the creativity is on another level overall this is my favorite brand

In a League of Their Own

Truly have never had a bad experience ordering from Hypland. I'm about 10 hoodies and 10 shirts deep from Hypland - all have great quality (materials feel premium, logos/graphics don't fade, etc.). I always get compliments from people whether they watch anime or not because the designs are so fire. I've copped from almost all of there recent drops and throughout the last 2 years I've been shopping with them - the shipping has gotten quicker and quicker. They also have a great Discord community where I can tell they care about their consumers. My favorite brand by far!
