Highly recommended
I highly recommend listening to the audio, "Connnecting to someone who's past". I lost my father many years ago and he was and still is a huge influence on my life. Reconnecting with my dad was something very special to me and I can't tell you how much I recommend this audio.

Abbys a game changer!!!
I’ve really struggled to lose weight after having 2 kids, I’ve tried every diet and failed. After listening to the audio from Abby I’ve changed the way I view food, I now only eat when I’m hungry and eat the correct ‘fuel’ my body needs to function healthily.
Thank you so much Abby! The weight is just falling off!

Letting go of past relationship
