Went to Hypnosis and Therapy Centre as I was suffering bad with social anxiety and was feeling very low because of it. Had my sessions with Catríona who was lovely and made me feel very comfortable. I will have to be honest and say that after the first session I thought there is no way this is going to work for me,but I was proven wrong. By my third session I felt more positive, more confident and happier in myself. Thanks for that Catríona. It is also comforting to know I could call her in between sessions if I needed a bit of extra support. My husband has even noticed a difference in me. I,m so glad I went and would definitely recommend Hypnosis and Therapy Centre

The progress I made with Fiachra in 6 weeks makes the previous 2.5 years I spent in "talk therapy" feel like a complete waste of time.

I felt I needed support in my daily life and the last thing I wanted to do was open up old wounds, memories and traumas to relive them again in order to process why I feel the way I do today... so I decided to try hypnosis. I was shocked to find out that none of this is actually necessary for effective treatment with hypnosis.
This process has been so quick and literally life changing.

Dealing with major life events and really struggling to adjust to parenting a disabled, autistic child, Fiachra has worked with me so that I not only enjoy what is required of me every single day, but I find joy and fun in things that would have previously overwhelmed me.

I have no idea how he has done this because I thought my life was destined for misery and hardship.

Then just to add in an extra little perk, he has managed to cure my sensory issues! I hated the sound of people eating (misophonia) , I felt physically sick... now I don't even register the sound at all. I never realised the impact it was having on me until it no longer had an effect on me at all.

Honestly, I am so thrilled that I took the chance and tried something new. Everyone needs to do this! Trust me.

Every session was incredibly valuable. Over the course of a couple of months, I gained a much deeper understanding of myself, how my mind works, and the beliefs that had been holding me back.

By the end of my final session, I had far greater mental clarity, was thinking more positively and confidently, and had developed practical tools that I continue to use every day.

I now feel genuinely excited about the future. Instead of holding myself back, I have the confidence to move forward and pursue the goals that matter to me.

I can't recommend Fiachra and the Hypnosis and Therapy Centre highly enough. The experience has been truly invaluable, and I'm incredibly grateful for everything I learned.

I reached out to Fiachra because I was having a hard time with managing stress, anxiety, and ongoing mental health difficulties. I had previously attended psychotherapy, which I found beneficial to a certain point.

I was unsure of what to expect as I had never engaged in hypnotherapy before. However, the positive outcome of my sessions has succeeded my expectations. I found it a lot of money for the service. 3 hour long appointments and some calls for 1500 euros. I would pay great amounts for good help but I didn’t find that here. The appointments seemed to go in circles there was no getting to any point during them just the same thing over and over. This is fine some people must benefit from repetition to drill the idea in, but I just found it tedious. When I first joined I was told of ongoing support throughout six months and I thought this was brilliant but the phones calls weren’t what I expected to be some shorter hypnosis sessions rather a talk over the plan again which is fine but I wouldn’t have signed up if I had known this. I think this should be clarified to customers going forward. I walked away at the end didn’t answer calls from caitríona as I didn’t find it helpful at all really I got better help elsewhere and am now achieving what I wanted to when I went here for help. Overall I didn’t find them supportive or life changing at all it just seems like a complete waste of money now. At the start when I had my first session I was excited and told a friend, this friend had an awful experience where she could not get a hold of them for almost a month, they were late to her appointments, and took it quite badly when she discussed her disappointment in this. I was sorry to have told her to give it a try as after two week with them I realised it wasn’t what I thought it was. Edit: Read some reviews and I do think it’s strange how they argue with their not so brilliant reviews instead of apologising if the reviews are genuine this leads back to my friend who told me they could not handle her being upset when she brought up problems abt her experience

Got referred to the guys by a good friend who couldn’t say enough positive things about Hypnosis and therapy centre. All I can say is from the initial phone contact, through to the 1 to 1s with Fiachra and the ongoing support, post 1 to 1, it’s lived up to all my expectations. Fiachra got ‘Me’ from the get go. He tailored the therapy to my needs and hopes. He’s always open to a catch up and a bit of straight talking lol. So if you’re looking to unlearn the unhelpful clutter we build up in life, reach out to these guys.

I met Fiachra September the 2nd and I have never looked back the 1st meeting with him I knew after that I was on the road to recovery with my addiction as he went through everything step by step I realised that it’s not going to be as tough as I thought in fact it was the opposite anyone out there that is struggling with anything please get in touch with hypnosis therapy and let your life begin for the better I’m just sorry I didn’t do it sooner but it’s never too late I am so much happier and healthier now.

I recently did a series of Hypnosis sessions with Caitríona and could not recommend the Hypnosis & Therapy Centre enough. I had fallen into old patterns of smoking in the evening and wanted to break free from the guilty and shameful feelings it was leaving me with. Caitríona helped me to focus my energy elsewhere and to break the habit, all within 3 sessions. The freedom this has given me emotionally cannot be described: it is a lovely and exciting feeling to know I am setting a good example for my family and children. It has also had a domino effect elsewhere, where I have stopped procrastinating on big decisions work-wise and actually followed through with them. I would highly recommend.

Catríona has been fantastic over the three sessions & always been available to answer any texts or phone calls I may have needed throughout the week. Really professional service.
