Ik heb zojuist mijn eerste koopwoning gekocht. Ik begon aan dit avontuur met vrij weinig kennis en ervaring over een hypotheek. Ik ging met meerdere adviseurs in gesprek om zo te kijken welke mij het beste gevoel gaf. Mijn laatste gesprek was met Erwin van hypotheekrente.nl, het voelde gelijk goed! Eigenlijk zonder twijfel besloot ik om met Erwin dit avontuur aan te gaan, en daar heb ik absoluut geen spijt van. Snelle reacties, altijd bereikbaar, duidelijke communicatie. Echt een aanrader! In de latere fase van de aanvraag ook nog goed contact gehad met Angelique. Dat was ook super! Ik had echt het gevoel dat er mensen voor mij bezig waren en mij echt wilden helpen!

We zijn erg goed geadviseerd en geholpen met onze nieuwe hypotheek. We hebben van tevoren een heel goed advies gehad wat onze mogelijkheden waren en wat voor ons de juiste hypotheek was. Na dat we ons huis gekocht hadden, was de hypotheek zo geregeld omdat Ramon al goed voorwerk had gedaan. We zijn heel blij met ons huis en ook zeker met de hypotheekrente.nl.

Warner heeft ons ontzettend goed geholpen als hypotheekadviseur. Hij heeft onze hele ervaring rondom het kopen van een huis echt heel prettig gemaakt. Alles is boven onze verwachtingen verlopen. Hij denkt mee, legt alles duidelijk uit en komt zijn afspraken na.

Wat wij vooral fijn vonden, is dat hij altijd goed bereikbaar was. Bij vragen of onduidelijkheden kregen we snel en duidelijk reactie, wat veel vertrouwen geeft.

Wij gaan in ieder geval nergens anders meer heen. Echt een aanrader!

I am an expat and obviously have some confusions and problems in buying a house. I was first referred to Hypotheekrente from one of the makelaar that I met during house viewing.

Renate Meulensteen as advisor was really helpful since day one. Everything about the mortgage itself has been really clear. She even helped with the price indication that I should bid on the house that I finally bought. There was some post bidding confusion as well as I had no idea on what should be prepared, Renate remains calm and composed which still guided us through until the delivery date.

For me as an expat, I would suggest that as a financial advisor, as part of buying the house, apart from the mortgage application, it would be really helpful if expat buyers can get a timeline and lists of what should be prepared with the house. I.e, the notary, taxatie, I think if I had been given a clearer timeline on what should be done since the bid has been accepted, this would have been really helpful. Although at the end of the day, I still could get a cheap valuator and notary with a great service.
