Daan and Frank were super helpful.
Minor feedback - Frank was unavailable for a while and would have been nice if I was informed about his unavailability proactively and not after I followed up. A delay of nearly 1 week.

Also, when it was noted that ING bank was not a good idea for me, this also took nearly 2 weeks to communicate. This delayed the whole process. I was travelling and I ended spending extra €300 for the power of attorney due to the delay.

Overall, Daan, Frank & special mention to Charissa who were super helpful. Thank you
